Via Domus Vacation Rentals is located in the heart of Città Studi, a calm and central neighborhood, equipped with every convenience and just a few bus stops away from Lambrate station and the historic center.
We are a stone's throw away from the National Institute of Tumors and Carlo Besta Neurological Institute, the Polytechnic University of Milan, and the scientific faculties of the University of Milan.
We have 6 en-suite rooms and three apartments, all located nearby.
Our recently renovated rooms can accommodate up to three people and are all equipped with air conditioning, a hairdryer, a flat-screen TV, a fridge, a safe, Wi-Fi, and a private bathroom.
THE ROOMS ARE SANITIZED WITH EACH CHANGE OF GUEST with the use of an ozone generator.
The apartments are fully furnished and have a fully equipped kitchen available to guests, as well as a washing machine, an iron, and a TV. They can accommodate up to 3-4 people depending on availability for stays of at least one week.
Convenient and with an excellent location, we are at the complete disposal of our guests throughout the year, 7 days a week.

The structure is conveniently located in the Città Studi district, just a short walk from the Institute of Tumors in Via Venezia, the Carlo Besta Neurological Institute in Via Celoria, and the faculties of mathematics, physics, geology, and biology of the University of Milan, as well as the Polytechnic University of Milan in Piazza Piola.

For me it was a perfect solution, as I needed to reach the Besta hospital independently and in a short time. The lady was very kind and prompt. Other relatives of mine chose Via Domus.

Clean, spacious, and well-furnished room. The lady managing the facility was very kind and always available. Overall deserves a high rating, I would just add a bottle of water in the fridge to welcome guests perfectly.

Disappointing. The apartment is different from the one shown in the photos. The furniture is broken or dilapidated. The mattresses in the room are uncomfortable. But what is worse is that the lady in charge did not inform us of any of this and showed us the apartment hastily because she wanted to leave quickly. The apartment was chosen for a period of treatment near the cancer institute, excellent location from this point of view, but it is morally unacceptable to ask for money for this apartment exploiting people's desperation. We had booked for four weeks and we ran away after three days to move to another nearby structure definitely better with the same prices. I do not recommend it at all.

I spent a week at the b&b Via Domus for my dad's health reasons. The property is just a few meters from the hospital and everything that could be useful for those staying for this reason (pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, and laundries). The room is equipped with everything needed. The added value was definitely the availability and empathy of Mrs. Odulia.

Really great, the B&B Via Domus offers an ideal accommodation with an excellent value for money for those who need to stay in Milan for a few days, especially for those who need to undergo treatment at the National Institute of Tumors or for the patients' family members. The B&B is located in the Città Studi area and is a few minutes' walk from the Institute. It is easily reachable in a short time from the central station (about fifteen minutes by car or taxi, or half an hour by public transport). The area is very quiet and well served, there are several bars and restaurants, a pharmacy, and also a small supermarket, all within walking distance. The owner Paola Sartori responded promptly to me both by email and by phone, and was very kind and extremely helpful for the delivery and return of the keys. The communication was excellent and I received all the information I needed. The room, with a private bathroom with shower, terrace, fridge, and kettle, was large, comfortable, and spotlessly clean (cleaning is done once a day), and free wifi is also included. Highly recommended.

The owner was very kind and helpful, the location of the apartment just steps from the hospital turned out to be perfect, with a 24-hour supermarket within reach, the room always clean and equipped with essential amenities (hairdryer, kettle, teas and the necessary for hygiene, fridge, air conditioning) I would recommend adding a small microwave to the room. I highly recommend it.

I stayed in this apartment because I was in Milan to accompany my wife to the National Cancer Institute for surgery. The location is fantastic as it is located 300 meters from the Institute. The owner is a very polite and helpful lady. The location is really nice, in the room there is everything: fridge, bathroom with shower, heating, TV, Wi-Fi, and much more. It is not a B&B but only a guesthouse. I recommend it to all those who, like me, will need to rely on someone to go to the National Cancer Institute.
