Independent two-room apartment on the ground floor in a two-family villa in Verano Brianza (MB).
The apartment consists of a living room with kitchen area, bedroom, small antechamber, bathroom and equipped outdoor veranda and internal parking space. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, with independent heating, air conditioning, controlled mechanical ventilation, ceiling fans and dishwasher. Suitable for couples and families of up to four people. In the bedroom there are two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, while in the living room there is a sofa bed with an additional foldaway bed, for a total of four beds. The apartment is powered by a 6KW photovoltaic system with storage.
The house is entirely surrounded by a 1, 600 m2 garden, partly available to guests.
The house is located right on the border of the Valle Lambro Park, a few minutes walk from the town center, on the upper right bank of the Lambro River.
With a short walk of about 15 minutes, you can reach the splendid Romanesque basilica of Agliate with its baptistery.
