Description
Independent apartment of two rooms on the ground floor in family house in Verano Brianza (MB). The apartment consists of a living room with kitchen area, bedroom, small anteroom, bathroom and outdoor veranda available and car parking. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, with central heating; suitable for couples and families up to four people. In the bedroom there is a double bed while the living room there is a single sofa bed with an additional foldaway bed, for a total of four beds. The house is located right on the border of the Lambro Valley Park, on the high right bank of the Lambro River, a short walk of about 15 minutes, you reach the beautiful Basilica of Agliate with its baptistery.

I was born in Milan, but I live in the hills of Brianza now since 1975. I have always maintained close contact with the big city, where I have always worked, dealing with environmental problems for large chemical groups to the national level, such as SIR, Anic and EniChem. In the last decade I have dealt with the recovery of plastic packaging and since 2006 I directed a public consortium of 21 municipalities responsible for management of municipal waste. From 2013 I have formed a cooperative whose main ambition is to produce jobs in the tourism sector, in particular we offer our services to owners wishing to rent their properties for short periods. See guests happy with their stay is for me the best reward.
