Description
The Old Village is an intriguing independent residence dating back to the 1700s, located in the heart of the historic town, just 500 meters from the lake. Spread over two floors, it features spacious and comfortable areas, perfect for a stay focused on relaxation and authenticity.

On the first floor, the large kitchen is fully equipped and includes a television, along with a big table that seats eight, making it ideal for enjoying meals together. Next to it, the cozy living room, furnished with two sofas and a television, opens up to an outdoor patio where guests can take in stunning lake views, unwind, or host a barbecue thanks to the available grill.

The upper floor contains two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a double bed and two single beds that can be combined, providing flexibility for families or groups of friends. The bathroom, equipped with all necessary amenities, is located on the same level.

Guests have access to a double parking space about 300 meters from the property, ensuring convenience while maintaining the charming atmosphere of the village. This is an ideal choice for those looking to immerse themselves in the history and beauty of the area, just a short walk from the shores of the lake.
