The recently renovated house is surrounded by a beautifully kept garden, where visitors can enjoy peaceful moments in the shade of olive trees.
The rooms are bright, inviting, and tastefully decorated, each featuring a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, and independent heating. This year, breakfast is served in the room in accordance with local guidelines, designed to provide comfort and privacy. Guests can also choose to enjoy their meal in the outdoor area or in the carefully arranged indoor living room.

Overall I had a good stay. I knew I had chosen a low-cost option. I only note that I found a bed that, in my opinion, had not been made because it contained sand. It could also be equipped with clotheslines so guests can hang their laundry. Otherwise, there is a simple breakfast and the property is close to the shuttle stop for the town center and Brema beach.

Come già segnalato alla signora la camera è stata rifatta il giorno prima da 2 signore molto fidate, molto più provabile che i bambini della signora siano andati sul letto per giocarci dopo essere rientrati dalla spiaggia. Sottolineo quanto già descritto sul messaggio in risposta alla prenotazione. Tutto ciò che non è descritto non è compreso nel prezzo, orario di check in ben specificato ma nonostante ciò si pretende di fare ciò che si vuole, facendo pic-nic all'interno di una proprietà ad un'ora non prestabilita. A Sirmione esiste una vasta scelta di strutture, chi sceglie di spendere meno per ovvi motivi, non si può permettere di mettere in dubbio l'operato di persone che lavorano con passione, credo sia più corretto controllare chi si porta con sé.

Excellent B&B, clean, good breakfast, good location. Three minutes by car and you are at the parking lot to enter the old town of Sirmione. Four hundred meters on foot and you are at a beach; I do not remember the name, with a bar and a small restaurant.

We stayed at this B&B for a weekend by the lake and we had a great time. The room was cozy and equipped with everything necessary. The breakfast was really excellent, with fresh products and a lot of choices. The beach is just a few steps away and to reach the center there is a convenient shuttle. Highly recommended for those looking for relaxation and comfort!

Very convenient location to reach Sirmione with a 20-minute walk along the lake. In the summer season, there is also a shuttle service. The owner Tiziana was very kind and a valuable source of advice on both transportation and places of interest. Highly recommended.

We stayed only one night because we were passing through, but the courtesy and hospitality of the manager were excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast abundant and with the possibility of having it in the small garden of the property, which made it very relaxing. The property is located in a beautiful area of tourist interest, definitely recommended.
