The Wooden Attic

Welcome to The Wooden Attic, an elegant loft located in Vittuone, just outside of Milan, conveniently situated right across from the train station.

- In just 10 minutes, you can reach Rho/Fiera Milano and in 20 minutes, the city center, thanks to the S6 regional train that runs every 30 minutes.

- The Arluno exit on the A4 motorway is only 3 km away by car, and Milan Malpensa Airport is a 25-minute drive.

This apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests and is located on the second floor of a charming building that is wheelchair accessible and has an elevator.

Inside, you will find a spacious kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a master bedroom, a room with two single beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub, ideal for unwinding and escaping daily stress.

The loft is equipped with all the necessary amenities:
- A fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, glasses, cutlery, and pots.

- Two 50-inch Smart TVs.

- Ducted air conditioning/heat pump.

- Independent heating.

- A LED lighting system mounted directly on the exposed beams, creating a delightful atmosphere.

For those who wish to work, a dedicated workspace is available with high-speed Vodafone fiber Wi-Fi.

Each guest will receive bed linens, a trio of towels, a hairdryer, cleaning supplies, an iron, a washer/dryer, and a first aid kit for any emergencies.

For safety, the apartment is equipped with a fire extinguisher, gas and carbon monoxide detectors that meet legal standards, as well as an exterior surveillance camera.

Please note that pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.

In the immediate vicinity, you will find numerous free parking spaces, a bakery, a pharmacy, a tobacco shop, a hairdresser, various cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. If you enjoy shopping, the ‘Il Destriero’ Shopping Center (with 45 stores) is just 1.5 km away, while the new ‘Merlata Bloom’ Shopping Center (with over 200 stores) can be reached in 20 minutes by bus.
