Its 55 square meters are perfect for a couple with children or a small group of friends: the double bedroom and the sofa bed accommodate up to four guests comfortably, while the outdoor green space invites al fresco dining on warmer days.

The interiors are equipped with everything needed for a hassle-free stay: a kitchen with a dishwasher, convection oven, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, kettle with a wide selection of herbal teas, coffee machine with available pods, washing machine, hairdryer, and smart TV. Guests will find new linens, towels, and dishes included in the price, along with all utilities and final cleaning. A collection of up-to-date magazines is also available, and soon there will be a small game library with board games.

Currently, pets cannot be accommodated due to condominium regulations, but there is hope to allow them in the future. As a new player in the tourism sector, there are no reviews yet, but the commitment to ensuring a pleasant stay is evident in every detail.

Aprica serves as an ideal starting point for various outdoor experiences. In winter, the Super Panoramica Baradello offers thrills on a nearly 6 km long slope, the most illuminated in Europe.
