Totally renovated in 2024, it is a hospitable studio apartment with refined attention to detail, set in a residential context with an outdoor swimming pool (available from 1 June to 10 September).
Not far form the structure, there are various tourist and cultural attractions, including the Hermitage of Santa Caterina del Sasso and the International Museum of Ceramic Design, as well as numerous routes immersed in nature for lovers of trekking and cycling or mountain biking.

Elegant apartment immersed in the tranquility and greenery of the hill of Leggiuno. Great for those who prefer quiet places and contact with nature. Very well-kept and clean. The welcome from the property was kind and warm. A 5-minute drive takes you to Laveno Mombello, a historic holiday resort on Lake Maggiore with its tourist port connecting all the most important Italian and Swiss locations overlooking the lake. Also from Laveno, you can take the cable car up to Mount Sasso del Ferro which overlooks the village and from which you can witness the spectacular take-off of hang-gliders. We were told that it is possible to take a tandem flight but we preferred just to watch!
