Susa House is a charming apartment on the fourth floor of an old building located on Giovanni Da Milano Street, between Viale Romagna and Piazzale Susa, in the Città Studi area of Milan.
The apartment has been completely renovated and has 4 spacious and bright rooms, all with private bathrooms, a small table, wardrobe, TV, and air conditioning with cooling and heating functions.
The property also offers a spacious and bright living room with a kitchenette, where you will find a long solid wood table that dates back to the era. In this room, there is also a coffee machine, a kettle for tea, an induction hob, and a microwave oven.
All rooms have double beds, but they can be used as singles or with two single beds, depending on your needs.
The entire apartment has centralized heating, which is active from October 15th to April 15th.
The Piazzale Susa area is well served by public transport, including the metro (Piola station, green line MM2), which will quickly take you to the city center (San Babila and Duomo) and shopping areas (Corso Buenos Aires and Piazza Lima). Additionally, you can easily reach Milan's main train stations, such as Milano Centrale, Garibaldi, and Rogoredo, via the metro or trolleybus. The new blue metro stop Susa MM4, which will directly connect to Linate Airport (Linate Airport stop), is also soon to be inaugurated and is centrally located between the city's two main arteries.

The structure is brand new and very comfortable, especially for those who want to reach universities like the Politecnico or the prestigious specialized clinical institutes on foot. The city center is easily reachable by subway or surface transport in less than twenty minutes. There is an excellent restaurant, a supermarket, a tobacco bar, and a copy shop below. The apartment was very large and welcoming. The rooms were very comfortable and the bathroom spacious. The value for money was very good especially for the area and the services nearby. If I were to return to Milan and needed accommodation, I would definitely contact the property again. The host, Francesca, is very friendly and helpful!

I booked one night at this property with my daughter. The place is in a great location, has a supermarket in front of the door, and even though not close to a metro, with buses and trams always on time, it was very easy to move around to reach the center and other places we visited. Francesca was kind, helpful, and caring towards us. It's an address I would recommend.

We had a great time at this property! Francesca was very helpful and kind. The location, perfect for us who had to reach Linate airport early in the morning, was great. Susa metro, directly connected to Linate, is behind Susa House. Convenient connections to the center of Milan as well.

We were in Milan for a concert in Piazza Duomo, we never took public transport because in half an hour on foot you can reach the Duomo. Very quiet area with easy parking. The room was very beautiful and clean, exactly like the common areas. The manager was super helpful with directions and any requests. If I were to return to Milan, I would definitely go back there!

Susa House is an excellent accommodation for many aspects: cleanliness, space organization, convenience for transportation, and especially for the kindness of the owner.

The structure, located in a historic building, is good, very well maintained, and very clean. I had a good time with my family (wife, children, and grandchildren) and I received an excellent welcome from Ms. Francesca, who provided me with all the information about mobility and logistics of the place (public transport, supermarkets, restaurants, etc.). I recommend everyone to stay at Susa House.

Happy to have found a human-sized structure. Apartment located near an excellent hospital, clean, in a quiet and non-chaotic area. The kindness of the manager was no less, courteous and caring. Well done.
