Description
Susa House is a charming apartment on the fourth floor of an old building located on Giovanni Da Milano Street, between Viale Romagna and Piazzale Susa, in the Città Studi area of Milan.
The apartment has been completely renovated and has 4 spacious and bright rooms, all with private bathrooms, a small table, wardrobe, TV, and air conditioning with cooling and heating functions.
The property also offers a spacious and bright living room with a kitchenette, where you will find a long solid wood table that dates back to the era. In this room, there is also a coffee machine, a kettle for tea, an induction hob, and a microwave oven.
All rooms have double beds, but they can be used as singles or with two single beds, depending on your needs.
The entire apartment has centralized heating, which is active from October 15th to April 15th.
The Piazzale Susa area is well served by public transport, including the metro (Piola station, green line MM2), which will quickly take you to the city center (San Babila and Duomo) and shopping areas (Corso Buenos Aires and Piazza Lima). Additionally, you can easily reach Milan's main train stations, such as Milano Centrale, Garibaldi, and Rogoredo, via the metro or trolleybus. The new blue metro stop Susa MM4, which will directly connect to Linate Airport (Linate Airport stop), is also soon to be inaugurated and is centrally located between the city's two main arteries.
Susa House is located a short distance from the Dateo train station, from where urban and suburban trains of the Trenord lines depart, allowing you to reach the city and its surroundings. Furthermore, thanks to the red metro line MM1, you can easily reach the Rho exhibition center and Fiera Milano City.
In the vicinity, you will also find important hospital facilities such as the National Cancer Institute, the Besta Neurological Center, the Macedonio Melloni Hospital (Obstetrics and Gynecology), and the Mangiagalli Hospital.
The area is well-frequented and offers numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, ATMs, post offices, and many shops, all within easy walking distance.
Please note that smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited by law. We kindly ask you to smoke only outside the building and to dispose of cigarette butts in the designated containers.
Finally, please be aware that no animals of any type or size are allowed.

The apartment was very large and welcoming. The rooms were very comfortable and the bathroom spacious. The value for money was very good especially for the area and the services nearby. If I were to return to Milan and needed accommodation, I would definitely contact the property again. The host, Francesca, is very friendly and helpful!

Unfortunately, I couldn't go to Susa House due to family problems, but I still recommend it because the managers were very kind and at the same time available in their small way to help their guests.

I booked one night at this property with my daughter. The place is in a great location, has a supermarket in front of the door, and even though not close to a metro, with buses and trams always on time, it was very easy to move around to reach the center and other places we visited. Francesca was kind, helpful, and caring towards us. It's an address I would recommend.

We had a great time at this property! Francesca was very helpful and kind. The location, perfect for us who had to reach Linate airport early in the morning, was great. Susa metro, directly connected to Linate, is behind Susa House. Convenient connections to the center of Milan as well.

We were in Milan for a concert in Piazza Duomo, we never took public transport because in half an hour on foot you can reach the Duomo. Very quiet area with easy parking. The room was very beautiful and clean, exactly like the common areas. The manager was super helpful with directions and any requests. If I were to return to Milan, I would definitely go back there!

The structure, located in a historic building, is good, very well maintained, and very clean. I had a good time with my family (wife, children, and grandchildren) and I received an excellent welcome from Ms. Francesca, who provided me with all the information about mobility and logistics of the place (public transport, supermarkets, restaurants, etc.). I recommend everyone to stay at Susa House.
