We offer two room types – Double and Family – located in the basement of the building, providing a quiet, private, and peaceful atmosphere. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning with a heat pump, and an advanced filtered air circulation system (Controlled Mechanical Ventilation) to maintain fresh and clean air around the clock.

Exclusive services for our guests
All rooms come with a 32-inch flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. In the shared entrance area, guests can access a refrigerator, microwave, and complimentary snacks for added convenience.

Comfortable year-round experience
During the winter months, radiator heating with thermostatic valves ensures a warm and welcoming environment, adapting to outdoor temperatures. Quiet hours from 11: 00 PM to 7: 00 AM guarantee a peaceful night for all our guests.

Convenient check-in and enhanced security
Check-in is available from 3: 00 PM to 9: 00 PM (flexible options upon request), and check-out is by 10: 30 AM. Guests are provided with personal keys for accessing the building and the facility, while rooms feature secure digital locks.
