Description
The apartment, recently renovated, is located at the fourth floor in a lift equipped building and is totally indipendent. This ensures the privacy to guest's stay.
The double room is comfortable and sunny while in the large living room you’ll find a sofa bed with a LCD TV and a DVD recorder. An Internet connection via Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. In the same room you’ll find all that is necessary to prepare and have autonomously your breakfast: oven, fridge with freezer, full-service cutlery and crockery. We will be happy to offer coffee, tea, milk, fruit-juicess, pastries, biscuits, packaged bread, butter, jam, yoghurt, fresh fruit and a variety of snacks.
We point out that in the immediate vicinity of the residence a number of grocery shops and all kinds of daily necessities is available. At the guests' disposal the washing machine too.
The bathroom is tastefully furnished and is equipped with shower box for your moments of relaxation.
A nice balcony offers to the guests a panoramic view of the Martesana Park and Naviglio.
Finally, to be emphasized the ease of finding parking.

New, welcoming and clean environment, equipped with many comforts. The peculiarity that undoubtedly makes the place comfortable is the immediate proximity to the Metro allowing easy movements, as well as the presence of all kinds of services near the building. All this, accompanied by a cordial welcome and total availability of the owners, an example of hospitality.

We stayed for two nights at Rosada B&B, very clean, beautiful, and conveniently located near the metro station. The owner is very kind and helpful. We are often in Milan and will always turn to this structure for our stay.

Fantastico Residence.
Davvero spledido personale gentilissimo e disponibile.
Siamo stati benissimo L'appartamento è curato nei minimi particolari posizione ottima poiché affaccia a pochi passa dalla metro quindi super collegato.
Consigliato per le famiglie ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo ci tornerò volentieri.

Siamo stati benissimo. L'appartamento pulitissimo e servito di ogni comfort. Cittadina tranquilla di affaccia su piazza dove c'è la stazione del metro. La vista quindi non è il massimo. Se vogliamo trovare un punto debole forse la colazione: non fornitissima. Nel complesso comunque lo consiglio per la tranquillità per la pulizia e per la cortesia del gestore.

Abbiamo trovato ottima questa sistemazione per vedere Milano e naturalmente l'Expo. L'appartamento, situato di fronte alla fermata della metro, è ampio, nuovo e completo di ogni comfort, colazione compresa e soprattutto pulitissimo. Particolarmente disponibile il gestore che ci ha accolto nonostante fosse decisamente tardi. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliatissimo!

Abbiamo alloggiato io e la mia compagna per quattro giorni e quattro notti, massima privacy e indipendenza, completo e funzionale di tutto (lavastoviglie, wifi gratuito e velocissimo).
La struttura è davvero all'altezza del prezzo competitivo, i gestori sono gentilissimi e premurosi.
Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulitissimo e con la spesa già fatta per la prima colazione.
La fermata della metro è a pochi metri, nonostante questo con le finestre chiuse non si soffre minimamente del rumore grazie ai doppi vetri.
Consigliato a chiunque voglia passare dei giorni in tranquillità, non penso che in zona ci sia qualcuno che offra lo stesso servizio allo stesso prezzo.

Ho prenotato in caso di un corso al San Raffaele. La metro verde è davanti casa, e con poche fermate si è subito all'Università. Luminoso, spazioso, comodo, wifi, gestore gentilissimo anche nel farmi trovare la spesa per la colazione. Indirizzo veramente ottimo!

L'appartamento è spazioso, ordinato e igienicamente perfetto; si trova proprio di fronte alla fermata della metro verde che porta in 20 minuti a Milano centrale.
Tutte le mattine è stato pulito e rassettato. Il gestore è stato molto cortese e disponibile.
Non avevo mai soggiornato in un B&b ed è stata una splendida sorpresa. Consiglio a tutti questa struttura.

Ho soggiornato nella struttura solo per una notte e mi sono trovata molto bene. Ottima la posizione, proprio di fronte la fermata della metropolitana. Appartamento pulito, luminoso e dotato di tutti i comfort. Il gestore è stato gentile, cortese e disponibile oltre ogni aspettiva. Consiglio a tutti la struttura e se tornerò a Milano soggionerò di nuovo al B&B Rosada.

Siamo due amiche che si trovavano di passaggio. Ci siamo trovate bene, l'appartamento molto ben arredato, spazioso, pulito. non abbiam consumato la colazione perché avevamo altri impegni. La gestione è stata molto disponibile e professionale. Sicuramente da consigliare e penso che anche noi ci torneremo (spero presto)!

Ottima accoglienza e appartamento in ottimo stato; camera da letto ampia, bagno comodissimo, e salone con divano e angolo cottura vivibile. La posizione vicino alla metro lo rende un posto da poter utilizzare per chi si sposta a Milano per lavoro.
