Cà Baetti B&B rises in Roncola, a small and nice mountain village nestled at the foot of Mount Linzone. Always called “Balcony of the Po Valley” for its dominant and strategic position that allows a beautiful and amazing view across the Po valley.
Nestled in the wonderful foothills of the Prealpi Orobiche, Roncola is both a short walk from the city and its nightlife: just 25km away from Bergamo (20 minutes drive) and 50km from Milan (40 minutes by car), connected by a network primary road without traffic and / or traffic jams can be easily reached from any direction.
The structure “Ca Baetti” is a valuable medieval fortification, built by a Genoese notary in the fifteenth century, a period in which battles raged in the area between the Guelphs and Ghibellines.
The whole village has just been renovated keeping its original layout, emphasizing the beauty of ancient stones and the enveloping warmth of wood.
Located in one of the most beautiful areas of the village, surrounded by greenery, peace and tranquility, Cà Baetti is the ideal solution for those who want to relax finding harmony.
We have 4 rooms for guests on two floors:
Wood, Stone, Fire, Water.
Wood and Stone are Double rooms: they are spacious, cozy and they fuse the solid wood furniture style with modern lines. They both have a small balcony from which you can enjoy the view of the enchanting night scenery offered by thousands of lights in the valley.
All rooms are equipped with LCD TV and internet wi-fi.
Each floor has shared bathroom (with a supplement you can reserve it), they are also very large, with all the comforts: hairdryer, shower and tub baths for relax.
The rich and varied breakfast with local products in buffet style is served in the lounge on the ground floor, in front of the crackling fireplace or in the courtyard garden, where you can see a breathtaking view.
No problem for people with celiac disease and intolerance to various foods: we prepare a special breakfast for you.
The kitchen is at your disposal at any time of the day. If you want to relax in the private garden some sun beds are available for guests.
We organize walks and trekking to explore Roncola and its surroundings, we can give you tips and information materials to help you discover our city and its hidden treasures.

You wake up every morning with the delicious smell of fresh croissants and homemade desserts. The jams are a santina's specialty: raspberry, strawberry, pears or apples. Every made with homemade products.
Honey is made by the grandfather Fendo's beeps, which for 70 years produces it for the family. It's really with high quality and goodness: chestnut and acacia. For the sweet tooth, the inevitable nutella!
Of course, bread, biscuits, rusks where spread all the delicacies of the house, and even fruit juice, cereal, yogurt and fruit for a healthy breakfast rich in fiber.
A cup of tea? English or flavored? Cappuccino classic or with chocolate, perhaps it is better to slightly stained milk? Coffee? Long, short, espresso, macchiato? But there is also deca, or barley and ginseng. and for children? white milk or even better Nesquik!

With the support and assistance of her entire family, especially her mother Santina, Corinne manages Roncola B&B. In 2012, she decided to purchase a portion of the village where she already resided (Cà Baetti) and brought to life a long-held dream: to have a small, refined, and tasteful hospitality business in the small town of Roncola, to which her whole family is particularly attached. Over time, she renovated the purchased house and made this B&B truly unique and delightful. Then, this dream expanded with two new establishments: La Vecchia Dimora (in 2014) and l'Antico Borgo (2018).

The structure is located on a hill from which you can admire a spectacular panorama. The cleanliness is excellent and it is immediately noticeable that the owners pay attention to the care of details. Good Italian breakfast. A few meters away is the little village with restaurants and grocery stores. The property was very flexible and accommodated us for specific breakfast requests. We hope to return one day!

The B&B is immersed in a very picturesque countryside landscape. Inside, it is well-kept, nicely furnished, and clean. The negative aspects are that the lady who manages the B&B is almost always absent, she arrives early in the morning for breakfast and, since the rooms are not soundproof at all, you can hear any noise, which adds to those produced by other guests. Two rooms have an en-suite bathroom while the other two have a private but external bathroom, so you can repeatedly hear people coming and going and opening and closing the door. Another negative aspect is that we paid the sanitization fee (25€!) in cash and we were not given a receipt; the next day, the lady seemed confused and couldn't remember who we were and whether we had already paid. The booking did not include breakfast, in fact, considering it a bit expensive (9 € per person per day), we decided to have breakfast elsewhere; as soon as we left, I was contacted on my mobile by another girl who works at the B&B (never seen in person, only messages on WhatsApp) and, without even being asked if we had taken the extra breakfast, I was told that she had forgotten to charge me for the breakfast of 2 people for 2 days (total of 36€). I had to repeat once again that we did not have breakfast there and she did not even apologize.

Esiste la libera scelta, non imponiamo nulla: se si va bene confermate, usufruite del soggiorno e però poi non vi lamentate, soprattutto nelle recensioni e non di persona. Le segnalo che nei libretti Smartbox ci sono decine e decine di strutture. Well-maintained structure immersed in greenery. We slept in the loft, a 3-storey structure, 3 single beds on the mezzanine, bathroom and double bed on the intermediate floor, living room with kitchen on the floor below. Everything is extremely well taken care of in the smallest details, creating a warm atmosphere! Kind and helpful owners, abundant and varied breakfast for every taste. The house is surrounded by green hills, with a nearby forest where we were able to gather some chestnuts with the children, rating 10.

I stayed in one of the couple rooms (water room). Very clean environment, minimal but sufficient and very tidy furnishings. Self check-in very functional and well managed. Excellent and varied breakfast, homemade and non-homemade products. Recommended for couples for one or more romantic nights. The roads to get there are a bit narrow but well paved. Restaurants overlooking the plain are excellent just a few minutes away (note: great restaurants).

We stayed for a weekend in the Acqua room, truly wonderful! The extra touch is the bathroom in the room. The breakfast was very varied and all very delicious. The staff was very kind and helpful. It's a place you would gladly return to.

Steep road to get there, but extraordinary panorama, fresh breeze, and beautiful and comfortable structure, managed by a nice girl, Corinne. I stayed at the B&B to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday and we had a really pleasant weekend, during which the courtesy of Corinne and her mother immediately won us over along with great sympathy and availability. The location and the bedroom are wonderful, well-kept and very functional. We had the opportunity to taste a wine and local cheese/cold cuts tasting that was delicious! Highly recommended.

Great experience, facility known through SmartBox. We will definitely come back: exceptional view, very nice rooms (we were in the 'Fuoco' room with en-suite bathroom), very homely atmosphere, delicious breakfast. The only small drawback is the non-functioning Wi-Fi which is not a problem for us because we didn't need to work but just unwind (however, I emphasize it for those who instead have an extreme need for a functioning Wi-Fi). The facility overlooks the valley, has a garden where breakfast is served in summer. It is a 3-minute drive from Roncola, a town in the province of Bergamo. Fantastic place for a bit of relaxation.

It was a beautiful stay, I would say too short. The landlady and her helpers were wonderful hosts, always friendly, helpful, and with a smile on their faces. Pleasant but short stay, in a particularly appreciable structure both aesthetically and for the landscape location. We had the chance to casually meet the owner, Mr. Ettore, a person of human depth and proven experience. The wife and daughter Corinne were also very nice and welcoming. The village where the b&b Ca' Baetti is located has a beautiful view over the Imagna Valley. A piece of advice? Breathe: you are not in Trentino but in the nearby Bergamo area. Beautiful place for a few days of tranquility, spectacular panorama. Close to trails for beautiful mountain walks, a couple of km from Roncola, easily reachable on foot or by car and to the magnificent adventure park of the town. The owners are very kind and caring, they leave nothing to be desired, from the excellent breakfast to the walking tips. I spent 5 days with my daughters immersed in nature, silence, and clean air... a spectacle. We will definitely come back.

My boyfriend and I received a Smartbox and chose B&B L'Antica Corte E La Vecchia Dimora. We stayed for 3 days, from August 9 to 11, escaping the sweltering heat of the plain. The structure is indeed located in the upper Bergamo area, at about 800 meters above sea level, in a wonderful green setting that overlooks the entire valley below. The B&B is nestled in nature, but to reach the center, where the restaurants are located (try Ristorante Al Botto and Ristorante Roncola), it takes less than five minutes by car. Moreover, if you are a sports lover, by parking in the center you can reach the top of Monte Linzone on foot, almost 1400 meters above sea level, among sheep, cows, and breathtaking landscapes. The rooms are spacious, elegantly furnished, enjoy a beautiful view and silence, only broken by the pleasant tinkling of the cowbells. There is also a terrace with a garden, ideal for relaxing or stargazing. The breakfast is rich and varied: coffee, tea, bread, artisan jams, brioches, fruit. All seasoned with a pleasant chat with Corinne's mother, the owner. To top it all off, they gave us two beautiful gifts: a honey spoon and a wooden keychain. If you need to break away from the routine and recharge in a spectacular setting, B&B L'Antica Corte E La Vecchia Dimora is the right choice. Thanks for everything.

Recommended! Excellent structure immersed in nature and peace. A perfect way to regenerate away from the chaotic cities, with only the singing of birds and the distant tinkling of cows grazing in the background. Clean, welcoming, and practical structure. The owners are truly available for any need even in times of Covid (we were able to eat the takeout food in the restaurant in front of the fireplace in the breakfast room and they provided us with everything we needed). I stayed with my boyfriend on the weekend of the first of May, using a Smartbox voucher. Corinne, the owner, really kind and nice, welcomed us at short notice, having everything ready for us. Very beautiful and well renovated structure with some small humidity issues, spacious and bright rooms, ours with bathroom outside the room, in front and for exclusive use well furnished and equipped. The competence of the manager is evident in every aspect: furnishings, cleaning, maintenance, customer satisfaction. Weekend with Smartbox definitely positive.

The structure immediately stands out for its location: slightly isolated from the town of Roncola, it allows you to enjoy a nearly unique tranquility. It presents itself as a rustic and well-kept farmhouse, with new rooms inside furnished with care. The staff is kind, friendly, and attentive to the needs of the clients. The breakfast is abundant and the products are fresh and of quality. There are reserved parking spaces for clients and the wifi works very well. I recommend it to everyone!

One of the best Bed and Breakfasts in terms of quality/price ratio we have visited. The rooms are cozy, clean, and tastefully furnished, as well as the bathrooms. The house as a whole should reflect Corinne's taste, who designed it. Excellent and caring welcome and service offered by Santina, her mother, during check-in and in the morning when serving breakfast. A choice you will appreciate if you make it. Roberto and Rosangela.

I had chosen them immediately on the internet, unfortunately in the end we could not stay at 'Ca' Baetti l'Antica Corte Foresteria' due to longer than expected ongoing work, but Corinne turned out to be really nice and helpful, she followed us during our stay helping and facilitating us, even though we had not stayed with her, so completely out of kindness! Thank you and I recommend it for those who are lucky enough to really go there! We will definitely go there!

An incomparably beautiful house, furnished with heart and good taste, simply wonderful! However, to enjoy this experience, one must accept the somewhat winding road - but it's worth it! The owner Corinne is accommodating, warm, and her commitment goes far beyond what we have ever experienced.
