The residence, immersed in the agricultural park South of Milan, was designed and built in an old but renovated Lombard farmhouse.
Offers a unique opportunity to hiring outside traditional patterns of hotel accommodation, giving priority to the independence of accesses and the warmth of a time, not forgetting the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay, all remaining outside Milan, but out of chaos
The building stands in a rural and quiet context, the external and internal restructuring was undertaken in full compliance with the architectural traditions of Lombardy.
The Residence offers its guests a combination of elegant rustic atmosphere combined with modern facilities to make them a pleasant and relaxing stay.
The structure is composed of several studios which vary in size and furnishings and can accommodate one to four people each.
Each apartment is fully furnished and equipped, furnished with comfortable fully equipped kitchen, private bath, satellite color TV and air conditioning.
The apartments are different in size and furnishings suitable to meet various needs: from short breaks to longer stays for prolonged work or tourist needs.
The property has a convenient elevator and each apartment has the ability to accommodate one to four persons and is equipped with:
•Detached entrance with electronic key
•Living area with large kitchen with utensils
•One or two bedroom areas
•Private bathroom with shower or bath tub
•Hairdryer
•TV
•Bed sheets and bathroom towels (changed weekly)
•Air conditioning and fan-coils heating
•Ample parking (not guarded).
We also provide a weekly cleaning of the apartments.

The staff was really kind and helpful, we were welcomed really well. Unfortunately, the room needs modernization, both in terms of the furniture (very old) and the bed, which was not very comfortable. The cleanliness was okay, though. The breakfast also needs to be reviewed, poor and of low quality. Overall, I would only save the treatment we received, for the rest I believe that the quality-price ratio is not sufficient.

Feeling at home: spacious apartment with kitchen, quiet and clean. Easy to reach from the highway (exit Binasco) and ring roads. Excellent choice to reach Milan while staying away from the chaos.
