The property itself was okay, but the host was dishonest. The actual address is 24 Via Fermi and the distance to the supermarket is longer than stated. Regarding the 11 p.m. pick-up, I was told it would be €5, but when I asked for a 6 p.m. pick-up he said it would be €20 and that €5 was the daytime price up to 6 p.m. I made a reservation with terms allowing me to cancel at any time without penalty, but when I checked out two days early I asked for a refund for one night and he did not refund me. On other international platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, etc.) an early checkout is considered a cancellation, and if a refund is not given it is clearly marked as "non-refundable." He initially said, "Even if the admin says we shouldn't pay back as the policy was clear, we will pay anyway. You can record this." But he did not refund me and then purposely did not mark my subsequent messages as read. Although this platform's administrators recommend messaging within the platform, the hosts here are often unaware of messages on this platform and most communication takes place on WhatsApp.

We were fortunate to stay in this wonderful apartment: spacious, well furnished and equipped with every comfort. The cleanliness was impeccable, the location is ideal for those who need to go to a concert at the Forum di Assago. The owner was very kind and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. Apartment a few minutes from Relax Domus. Shuttle service available that we used without any problems. My husband and I had to go to the Humanitas hospital for my health problems. We really enjoyed our stay. Mr. Sergio, the manager, has always been very helpful and friendly. The apartment is equipped with everything, TV, wifi, washing machine, full kitchen, really nothing is missing. Recommend!
