In Milan, in the middle of Zona Tortona, Primopiano is a small bed and breakfast with one double room. We offer to our guests a pleasant and warm atmosphere in a comfortable room with independent entrance, private bathroom with shower, free internet wi-fi. Breakfast is served in the comfort and privacy of the room from 8: 00 to 10: 30. The arrival has to be communicated in advance. Primopiano is a non-smoking B&B. We have a pet.

Area Porta Genova
The B&B Primopiano is located in a central area, in the heart of the Tortona area ("furniture hall"), a ten minute walk from the Basilica of Sant'Ambrogio and five minutes from the Navigli area, with its lively nightlife.
The neighborhood is full of characteristic bars and restaurants, where you can have an aperitif or dine until late.
The Fair is not far away and can be easily reached by public transport; Piazza del Duomo can be reached on foot in 15 minutes as well as by tram and underground.
The Green line of the underground is in the immediate vicinity (Sant'Agostino or Porta Genova stop), the Blue line will soon be active, which leads to Milan Linate airport.

Biagio is a host that everyone would like to find upon their arrival. Kind, helpful, and very discreet. The apartment is well-kept with a rich breakfast selection. Everything is available and it's only a 10-minute metro ride from the Duomo. Highly recommended for those looking for a good value accommodation for a few nights in Milan.

The room is spacious and has all the comforts for a quiet stay in Milan. Excellent welcome from the owner, always available to meet the customer's needs. Excellent breakfast in terms of variety, quantity, and quality of the products offered. Everything is always very well taken care of with details that make your stay pleasant. Quiet area served by public transport metro tram train, allowing for easy travel without using a car. Well done Biagio, we will definitely come back.

We stayed one night at the B&B Primopiano. Extremely clean room, attention to detail, equipped with all comforts. Fresh fruit, drinks, milk, coffee, herbal teas, chocolates, water, various snacks were available! Close to the metro and a few minutes walk from the Navigli. Quiet and safe area even at night. The room has an independent entrance, which is very convenient for moving around in complete serenity even at night. The only very slight downside: the room has a door that directly adjoins Mr. Biagio's house (which he always keeps locked from the inside)... And this did not give us a complete sense of privacy. Overall, we had a very good experience and recommend it.

The details make the difference and this B&B meticulously takes care of the details. It makes you feel pampered with delicate refinement. The breakfast is varied and does not overlook anyone's tastes: soy milk, rice milk, cow's milk, fruit juices, yogurt, jam etc, for every taste and need. The rose on the shelf is a delicate welcome. Super welcoming and clean structure, feels like home. Very abundant breakfast (fruit, yogurt, all kinds of milk, juices, variety of biscuits, jams, etc.). Strategic location, just a step away from the station and Porta Genova metro. I highly recommend it! I will gladly return.

Great structure. Good location, there is the possibility to park nearby, moreover it is right on the Navigli and close to the Metro. Good breakfast, already present in the room and provided with many things, only a bit of fruit could be added. Clean and fragrant room and bathroom. The room overlooks the inner courtyard which is very quiet.

Io e la mia compagna Ilenia abbiamo soggiornato presso la struttura di proprietà della Signora Silvia che, unitamente al marito, il Signor Biagio, ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. La superficie di Primopiano è di circa 30 metri quadrati, una grande camera da letto che si apre dopo il corridoio con il bagno posizionato sulla sinistra, tutto protetto da una porta blindata. Abitazione al primo piano con un balcone - cortile interno a poca distanza dalla fermata della metropolitana verde M2 di Porta Genova e dalla Stazione FS di Porta Genova. Civico 8 di Via Voghera, un portone piccolo vicino un'officina, 2 rampe di scale. Zona silenziosa e a circa 200 metri dal Naviglio Alzaia Grande con tutti i suoi numerosi locali su entrambe le sponde. La parola che disegna meglio il B&B è CONFORTEVOLE. A disposizione per la colazione ci sono un ampio tavolo con 2 sedie, frigo con ampia dotazione di bevande, frutta, dolci, macchina per il caffè espresso ed il the, ETC, camera da letto con ampio letto quasi king size dotata di 2 comodini, comodi cuscini, appendiabito, armadio, divano, televisore al plasma, condizionatore d'aria, wifi, bagno con ampia doccia, riscaldamento verticale, lavandino, bidet, biancheria da bagno, portaombrelli nel corridoio con 2 ombrelli (per ogni evenienza, il nostro weekend era quasi con 20 gradi). Credo di aver scritto tutto, spero di essere d'aiuto a chi legge questa mia recensione. Altamente consigliato (essendo di Pescara non ho alcun interesse a "gonfiare" questa recensione anche perché intendo anche ritornarci in futuro), prezzo per 2 giorni (venerdì IN, domenica OUT) 160 euro (più imposta di soggiorno).

Struttura molto confortevole, dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno in pieno relax. La gentilezza della proprietaria è unica e si dedica al 100% ai suoi ospiti in una maniera dolcissima e super attenta. Ci siamo veramente sentiti molto coccolati e soprattutto a casa nostra. Posizione perfetta, vicino alla stazione di Porta Genova e ideale per fare gli aperitivi tipici milanesi, data la vicinanza ai Navigli. Super consigliato e non mancherà occasione di ritornare. Ho soggiornato due notti al Primopiano. Pure essendo collocata in una zona centrale, a pochi passi dalla stazione metrò, il silenzio e la tranquillità sono assoluti. La stanza è deliziosa, grande, arredata con gusto e piena di punti luce. Bagno comodo e un terrazzo che si affaccia su un cortile interno. Una chicca è potere consumare la colazione a proprio gradimento, visto che nella camera c'è tutto l'occorrente (frigo, dolci, tavolino, succhi di frutta, yogurt, cialde varie). Inoltre i proprietari sono assai gentili e discreti. Per chi ama i cani, una piccola sorpresa.

Ho avuto il piacere di trascorrere una notte in questo B&B e ne sono rimasto davvero felice. La struttura è in ottima posizione, a due passi dalla stazione di Porta Genova e dai Navigli; la stanza è spaziosa, silenziosa, confortevole e ben climatizzata. La colazione servita direttamente in camera è varia ed abbondante, i proprietari affabili e disponibili. La prossima volta che sarò a Milano di sicuro tornerò!
