The apartment features two double bedrooms, furnished with simplicity and taste, a bathroom, a kitchenette, and a breakfast area. Two balconies overlook the garden and the valley. Very nice house, nothing is missing, beautiful view of the valley. A bit difficult to find, I am sending you the directions to follow. When entering the village, take the lower road; after the parking go straight. Before the bend, on the left there is the castle.

Nice apartment overlooking the valley. Too bad we couldn't enjoy the view due to the bad weather. The kind owner brought us a good breakfast and directed us on where to buy local cheeses. We had a good time, thank you.

We booked through the Smartbox gift voucher, but we were asked for an extra charge because until Epiphany, it is considered holiday days. Furthermore, the breakfast, which was included in the Smartbox gift voucher, did not include food, only coffee pods and tea bags, so we always had to have breakfast at the bar.

We had a great time, clean and well renovated structure, located in the village with several restaurants and services. Nice view from the upper floor. The lady was very kind and helpful and the breakfast, brought directly by her, was good and plentiful. Excellent.

The availability of the manager to provide additional information beyond what was already provided in the emails (simply to have some explanations, having seen 2 conflicting emails regarding prices to pay) was very limited, and I must say also not very kind. I was 'silenced' following a phone call to ask for information, being told that I should have read the email that explained everything better. But probably those who do not book through Smarbox are treated better. A completely different treatment instead we received from the lady who welcomed us in the morning, very friendly and polite. Apart from this, the structure is very nice, just outside the center of Roncola, recently renovated and completely new. The room was small, but every corner was furnished to the best. The bed was large and fairly comfortable, the only flaw, a small shower and we felt a bit of odor from the bathroom drains. But in the morning it was gone, with the door closed it didn't bother. We didn't have breakfast, but the room on the ground floor was very nice and welcoming, you feel at home there. The rooms are poorly soundproofed, but you are warned in advance, it was not a problem. Great place to relax in nature!

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment is spacious and close to the center but in a quiet area, the four of us fit in great. The parking is also available and not to be underestimated. Excellent cleanliness and abundant breakfast. The owner is available, kind and always responded quickly. I forgot to mention the breathtaking view from the bedroom. We will definitely come back.

Kind managers although a bit distracted: they had forgotten to provide important directions to reach the property, as it was practically impossible to find it with the navigator; upon arrival (7:00 pm) in the apartment, there were 14 degrees because they had forgotten to turn on the heating; breakfast disappointing.

It was a romantic stay in a new and well-furnished apartment all to ourselves. What I appreciated the most was the area where the stay took place: the area is spectacular with a breathtaking view that can be admired from the center of the characteristic village of Roncola. Furthermore, the property is an excellent base for excursions and visits (Monte Linsone, Bergamo, Lecco...). To top it off: breakfast was also good and plentiful. Recommended!

Room and bathroom well cleaned, average breakfast, it's a pity not being able to use the kitchen, the complete absence of the owners especially at check-in, and the TV perhaps a bit too small for the distance from the bed. Central area and convenient for walking paths in the mountains. Regarding the surcharge for sanitization, I do not consider it fair, it should not be at the customers' expense but at smartbox's by agreeing with the owners. Overall, I consider the stay at the property sufficient and the stay in the village pleasant. Thanks especially to the lady who accompanied us at breakfast, just add the espresso pods please!... thank you.
