Pink & Green Apartments - Rho Fiera Milano Mind offers two separate apartments, Pink and Green, located in a peaceful setting and in a particularly convenient location to access the Rho exhibition center, MIND – Milan Innovation District, the IRCCS Galeazzi Sant’Ambrogio Orthopedic Institute, and the main routes connecting to Milan.

Both units are situated on the second and top floor of a two-story building, accessible only by stairs. Each apartment, slightly over 50 square meters, provides air-conditioned, spacious, and practical living spaces, suitable for both tourist stays and business trips, participation in fairs and events, or visits related to nearby healthcare facilities.

Each apartment includes an entrance, a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, an anteroom, and a private bathroom complete with shower, sink, bidet, and hairdryer. The kitchen allows guests to prepare meals independently and is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, coffee machine, and electric kettle. Additional amenities include a flat-screen TV, washing machine, free Wi-Fi, independent heating, air conditioning, dehumidifier, and mosquito screens.

The Pink apartment features a bedroom and a living-kitchen area partially divided by a large wardrobe and can accommodate up to three guests. The Green apartment has these two areas separated by a sliding door and can host up to four people. Both accommodations offer double beds and single beds with comfortable mattresses, providing good flexibility for colleagues, families, or small groups.

An extra benefit is the free parking available on-site within a gated and enclosed courtyard.

The location allows reaching Rho FieraMilano, MIND, the Galeazzi Sant’Ambrogio Hospital, and the Rho Fiera railway and metro station in about 5 minutes by car, with the station less than 3 km away. Nearby are also the Arese Shopping Center and access to the A4 and A8 highways, the Western Ring Road, and the Rho-Monza highway.

The Giuseppe Meazza Stadium in San Siro and the Milan Racecourse can be reached by car in approximately 15 minutes. Milan Malpensa Airport is about 30 minutes away, while Milan Linate and Orio al Serio airports can be reached in under 45 minutes under normal traffic conditions.
