Ottimo residence. Le stanze erano tutte pulite, l'ambiente carino e soprattutto molto vicino al centro di Pavia e agli Ospedali. Possibilità di parcheggio interno molto utile se non si vuole lasciare la macchina con bagagli o altro a vista in strada.

Camera spaziosa, ben arredata e pulita. La struttura è a solo 10 minuti dalla stazione centrale e non troppo distante dal centro storico. Se ricapiterò in città soggiornerò ancora da loro.

Posto abbastanza pulito l'unica nota negativa è che il proprietario quando siamo arrivati ci stava aspettando per farsi pagare anticipatamente.

Pessima struttura, asciugamani sporchi per 3 giorni, sapone per doccia inesistente, pareti di carta, sembrava di stare in stanza con il vicino. Da dimenticare.

Stanza accogliente e pulitissima nulla da dire sulla struttura e la cortesia del personale. L'unica pecca non indifferente è la collocazione della stanza dove ho pernottato troppo vicino all'ingresso e alla reception quindi si sentivano le voci e le conversazioni esterne che rendevano difficoltoso il riposo e l'intimità in stanza sembrava quasi di avere le persone in camera. Quindi se decidete di pernottare per 60 € a notte occhio a farvi dare la stanza più lontana dall'ingresso.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte tra il 26 ed il 27 dicembre. Le camere sono molto pulite, essenziali e di design: a noi è capitata la stanza di Mosca ed è davvero molto carina, l'ambiente in generale confortevole e palesemente nuovo. Particolare strano: c'è un armadio decisamente sovradimensionato per due persone, ma manca uno specchio intero ed una scrivania o comunque un ripiano diverso dal comodino dove poter appoggiare chiavi e cellulare. Il bagno è spazioso e c'è anche un phon: peccato per gli asciugamani, perché sono soltanto uno grosso per persona, suggerisco di introdurne qualcun altro.
La colazione è decisamente il punto debole: c'è soltanto una macchinetta che fa un caffè a malapena decente ed un frigo che viene periodicamente riempito di bottigliette d'acqua, quindi è assolutamente necessario uscire dall'edificio per fare una colazione accettabile. Comunque, c'è una nota pasticceria all'estremo opposto della via dove si trova lo stabile, quindi mi viene da pensare che la volontà di non investire sulla colazione sia una scelta strategica.
Parcheggiare è relativamente facile: la via è piena di parcheggi a striscia bianca e ce ne sono diversi sempre liberi. Si trova ad una ventina di minuti a piedi dal centro di Pavia ed è vicino a due farmacie ed al Policlinico. Peccato per l'assenza di un supermercato nelle vicinanze.

Andiamo spesso a Pavia, siamo stati in diversi B&B nella zona, ma devo dire che questo ci ha sorpreso. Il Titolare è una persona cortese e gentile, ci siamo sentiti subito a "casa nostra". Appena siamo entrati nella nostra camera, abbiamo notato subito la pulizia e la cura dei particolari. All'interno della camera non manca niente, dal frigo alla caraffa per fare l'acqua calda con le bustine di tè o camomilla a disposizione. Il bagno è grande e pulito. Insomma, noi ritorneremo e lo consigliamo.

Sono stata accolta con gentilezza e professionalità. Il mio soggiorno, seppur limitato ad una notte, ha potuto permettermi comunque di apprezzare la pulizia e l'estrema accuratezza di ogni particolare della stanza assegnatami.
