Renovated farmhouse, completely surrounded by greenery and without other buildings along the perimeter, offers a peaceful and quiet environment, highly appreciated by nature and greenery lovers.
The property is located 5 minutes from the A21 motorway exit (Cremona Sud exit - 5 km).
Located close to a main junction road (Strada Padana Inferiore), it allows you to reach the center of Cremona in just 10 minutes (10 km), and the cities of Brescia, Piacenza, Parma, and Mantua in a little over half an hour.
We are a short distance from the San Martino del Lago Circuit and the great Po River.
The rooms are naturally cool during the summer and comfortably warm during the winter, thanks to the thick walls typical of our beloved farmhouses.

For motorcycle enthusiasts: We have a closed and covered area dedicated to the shelter of your beloved two wheels, included in the price. We are also 10 minutes away from the San Martino del Lago circuit (20 km). You can stay with us during your free practice sessions at the circuit. Your bikes and equipment will be safe.
We have ample parking adjacent to the accommodations.
We speak English, French, Russian, and Italian.
Upon request, we provide a local guide and brochures of interesting places in the surrounding area.
Upon request (please specify during booking), we offer special breakfasts for vegetarians, celiacs, and vegans.

I highly recommend it. Spacious bedroom, well-equipped kitchen, large bathroom, but above all a comfortable and well-equipped veranda. Everything very clean. Set in green surroundings and quiet, on the outskirts of Cremona. Total availability of the owners, very attentive but never intrusive. Special mention for the breakfasts which, in addition to fruit juices, yogurt, milk, tea, coffee, and more, included cakes or handmade pastries every day by Mrs. Maria that made us not miss the best pastry shops.

Dopo un soggiorno di un paio di notti in questa struttura immersa nel verde alle porte della città di Cremona, ampie stanze e colazione famigliare e ben curata, posso solo suggerire e consigliere la location.
Titolari ben disposti e attenti alla cura dei dettagli.
Ci tornerò sicuramente.

I voti dati riflettono al meglio il mio giudizio. Una "lode" a parte per la signora Maria che con le sue superbe e personalizzate colazioni ha fatto sentire anche mia moglie Alda al centro di una bellissima "coccola".

Camera ampissima con letto comodo, silenzio assoluto e pulizia estrema, i proprietari sono molto cordiali e disponibili.
Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Posizione ottimale, comodissimo da uscita autostrada e a meno di 10 minuti dalla città. Ideale per chi ama privacy e tranquillità, senza rinunciare alla possibilità di uscite senza dover fare km.
Gestore molto cordiale e disponibile, spazi ampi e curati. Abbondante e varia la colazione, pulizia impeccabile.
Da provare, e da ritornarci dopo aver provato.

Ho passato una notte con altri due colleghi di lavoro in questa bella struttura immersa nel verde. 3 camere matrimoniali spaziose e molto pulite, con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ottima soluzione per chi ama la natura. Il posto è molto tranquillo, parcheggio gratuito e sicuro. Se vi piace il verde e la tranquillità, un bel 10 alla struttura. Se si ama di più il rumore della città, meglio andare altrove. Noi siamo arrivati in auto con facilità. Il proprietario è molto socievole e predisposto ad aiutare per qualsiasi bisogno. Un suggerimento - il lunghissimo codice di free wifi (con 15 o 20 lettere) deve essere cambiato con uno decisamente più semplice. Serve anche un'insegna ben visibile dalla strada per trovare la struttura.
Consigliato senza ombra di dubbio!

Un B&B come piace a noi: essenziale, pulito, spazioso, proprietario affabile, ottimo prezzo, appena fuori dalla città. Sicuramente raccomandabile.
