Modern and comfortable, the apartment, located on the fourth floor with an elevator, can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people. It features a double bedroom with a wardrobe, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and TV, and a family bathroom with a shower.

The apartment is located in the Loreto neighborhood, a six-minute walk from the M1 metro (Pasteur), which will allow you to quickly reach the city center and the Duomo.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Area Viale Monza
The vibrant and multicultural neighborhood north of Milan, also known as Nolo, which stands for Nord di Loreto, is home to the Trotter Park, recognized by FAI as an Environmental Asset of the city. A symbolic stop in the area is the Beltrade Cinema, established in 1920, where rarely found concert films and art films are screened. There is no shortage of places to eat well or have an aperitif.

Well-connected to the city, it can be reached by tram (line 1), buses (lines 43, 44, 51, 53, 62, 81), and with the subway stations of the red line M1 and the green line M2 of Loreto (M1 and M2), Caiazzo (M2), and Pasteur (M1).
