Comfortable apartment in private house consists of a bath, bedroom and a living room equipped with a fridge, a kettle, a microwave oven and a coffee machine.

Up to 5 people. Independent entrance.

At your disposal some good products for your italian breakfast: milk, coffee, tea, bread, rusks, croissants, biscuits, jam, "nutella", yoghurt and fruit juices.

Contact and handling were fine. Positives about the accommodation: ceiling fans, quiet location, spacious, clean and tidy. Negatives: breakfast: everything was packaged or canned and only sweet, nothing fresh. The capsule coffee machine was also not great.

Beautiful place, very cozy and peaceful. Plenty of space for my family of 4. I recommend you to stay in this place if you’re driving, as it is not at walking distance from the lake or Como city centre.

The apartment itself was great. The location in the industrial area is not very nice, although the property is nicely laid out. For drivers, it's not a problem, but we arrived by train. It was always very exhausting to walk to the station with luggage.

Small, very clean and functional apartment. Quite surprising to find this welcoming house in the middle of an industrial area. Communication with Marilla was very smooth and efficient. Very good value for money. The accommodation is very quiet and allows you to reach Como by car in less than 15 minutes.

The apartment is spacious and well-equipped for two people. The private parking is great and you can quickly reach the city center by car. Communication with the operators was smooth and always timely.

The managers are fantastic. Unfortunately, the location is very isolated, so if you don't have a car, it's a bit complicated to have dinner in the evening. The room is very clean but quite small.

Very beautiful and pleasantly cool accommodation (summer) somewhat secluded near a quiet industrial area, but also quite easily reachable by car. Very nice bedroom, good coffee, simple Italian breakfast (Biscotti). Sparkling clean! Friendly and helpful host!

This is more than a room in a B&B: it is (almost) a little apartment. A very practical solution for travelers who want to stay overnight in Italy before traveling through Switzerland and other transit countries, or the other way round. Close to the border, highway and just a 5 minutes walk to Como railway station. There is also a restaurant nearby. Its position seems a bit surprising, in a calm and green plot behind a business area. Do not expect a nice view or typical Italian landscape, but this could be the surprising scene of a Montalbano movie. A private parking place and a kind and professional welcome are assured. For cross-continental travelers an excellent hub!

My wife and I stayed at this Marilla e Luciano B&B near Como. The owner kindly welcomed us and helped us reach the property, which stands out for its spaciousness (bedroom, bathroom, breakfast/living area) and good service. The structure has been organized to provide breakfast in compliance with the restrictive anti-contagion regulations, which I think is a major strength. It has a high quality/price ratio, especially when compared to other solutions in the area. Another strong point is the availability of the owner. Last but not least, the apartment is very quiet: our sleep was not disturbed by any external noise. The only weak point, in our opinion, is the rather decentralized location, at the end of an artisanal area, where it is not easy to move around without a car.

Very cozy little apartment, very nice garden outside where you can also relax reading a book. The owners of Marilla e Luciano B&B are very kind, always available for every need. Marilla e Luciano B&B is only 10 minutes away from the center, reachable by car or bus! We had a great time! We will come back.

The B&B is close to the highway A9 (Como-Milan). When we entered the gate of the B&B Marilla welcomed us very friendly and showed us the rooms for the night. We had a living and a bedroom, separate bathroom. Everything nice and clean. The garden and property was very nice. On the property you have a private parking and a key for the electric gate. The city of Como (restaurants etc.) is only 10 minutes away by car. Breakfast is already in the room for the morning and is good. There's a coffee machine/tea in the room. The beds are very good and we had a good night sleep. The B&B Marilla E Luciano is a good place to stay on the way to the south or north.

Excellent Marilla e Luciano B&B, not centrally located but close to the highway. The structure is very nice, we were practically hosted in an apartment. And in an artisanal area, we were there on a Friday so very quiet area. I recommend it.

We like the good and uncomplicated communication with Marilla (in English) as well as the high flexibility. We had a pleasant stay at her home. A nice place to stay with parking lot. A tasty restaurant (with one of the best pizzas) nearby. Not far from the highway it was a perfect stop on our way to South Italia. We fully recommend this accomodation.

The apartment has all the basics you need, is quite comfortable and very clean. The outside space is great for two people and the yard is beautiful. Marilla, the host, was great, really kind and provided us with everything we needed. For non-Italian guests, do take into account that the breakfast consists 99% of sweet products.

It was difficult to move around with a young child and a small dog, but in this Marilla e Luciano B&B, besides a great welcome, we had the opportunity to stay with all the comforts for the child. The room was very clean and the fenced green space where the dog could walk was well maintained.
