Our centrally located studios in Milan are a prime example of convenience, hospitality, and good taste.
Distinguished by modern yet elegant furnishings, they feature a spacious double bed sleeping area, a relaxation corner with a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with Nespresso coffee machines at the disposal of our guests.
The large and bright bathrooms are equipped with modern king-size showers, supplied with linens, personal hygiene products, and a hairdryer.
Large flat-screen TVs with satellite channels and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi complete the studios for the pleasure of our guests.
MarconaVentiquattro is located in an ancient and classic Milanese building in the city center.
The Porta Vittoria area offers a mix of tranquility and efficiency.
The famous and fascinating Milan Cathedral, the Duomo, is easily reachable on foot in about 15-20 minutes.
The neighborhood offers a wide selection of restaurants, pubs, shops of all kinds, particularly in the nearby Corso XXII Marzo.
Check-in is scheduled from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM by appointment, and different times must be agreed upon in advance. Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
To confirm the reservation, simply send the details of a valid credit card in order to carry out a pre-authorization (no withdrawal will be made). Payment will be made at check-out.

Everything very clean, well connected, very complete for preparing meals although we didn't use it. They offer daily cleaning service that we also didn't use as we only went to sleep. If I had to mention a flaw, I would add some more blankets for those sensitive to cold. Good communication with the host. Totally recommendable.

Spacious and very clean room, convenient to enter with electronic key. Manager very helpful for all kinds of information. Courtesy kit and coffee/tea very welcome. From the central station take bus 60, it stops 300 meters from the MarconaVentiquattro.

Excellent facility, clean, well-kept, had everything I needed. They contacted me immediately after check-in giving me all the necessary explanations (which they had already informed me about on WhatsApp). Well-equipped kitchen, bathroom products available, in short, impeccable and at a more than fair price. I will gladly return if I find a place.

Clean, quiet, new, and functional apartment. Equipped with everything you need, served nearby by shops and supermarkets. The Duomo can be reached in 10 minutes by bus and the station in 15 minutes by bus. Precise, kind, attentive hosts.
