Cozy 55sqm studio located on the 1st floor of an elegant and quiet building, with concierge service and elevator. The accommodation is well situated in the southern part of Milan, along the central Via dei Missaglia.
Conveniently within walking distance, you can reach all the main services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, post office, banks, and public transportation. Tram lines number 15 and 3 are accessible right in front of the house, while the green underground line 2, Abbiategrasso stop, is 1 km away. Using public transportation, you can easily reach any area of Milan: Navigli, Milan Cathedral, Humanitas hospitals, IEO, San Paolo and Carlo Hospital, University, and shopping centers, Vismara Milan sports center.
There is a free, unguarded parking space available in the courtyard. Minimum stay of two nights is possible. In case of a single night stay, a supplement of 25 euros will be applied to the base price. Check-in is carried out remotely by sending codes. For two-week stays, an additional cleaning service is provided for the property. Stays of several months are also possible, to be agreed by telephone.
Adjacent to the entrance of the condominium there is a delightful bar / restaurant, where you can have breakfast or taste typical dishes.
The apartment has a modern and functional furniture and is equipped with all the main comforts!

SLEEPING AREA with a double bed, wardrobe, and single bed.
LIVING AREA with an induction hob kitchenette, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven, Smart TV, and sofa.

The apartment is located in a safe structure, well cared for in detail, well equipped with all the accessories for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Clean. The apartment suits my needs and is in an excellent position to reach IEO. Although the apartment is managed remotely, the owner provides photos and codes via WhatsApp and by phone in a clear and simple way for check-in management.

Beautiful structure, the interiors are well cared for. I only found one problem with the window frame that does not close well and lets in the noise of traffic. The manager is very kind. The only downside is the remote management. If you need something, WhatsApp cannot always solve the issue if you are not on site. However, I recommend this choice for a good quality-price ratio.
