Le Bouganville Apartment

The bougainvillea apartment is part of a building with 4 apartments, located at about 200 meters from the lake near the historic downtown area.

The plus of this area is that we live so only residents is very quiet and peaceful but just walk 200 meters and you reach the lake and the historic center, full of bars and shops.

The proximity to the beaches of Desenzano del Garda and the central promenade, making this apartment an excellent accommodation for holidays and periods of relaxation.

And 'possible to park the car in the free parking lots near the apartment and move safely on foot in the historic center and the nearest shops and food for basic necessities.

On Tuesday morning, guests can easily access the weekly market, which is the largest of the lake.

the apartments have been recently revised and furnished with Provencal-style furniture, functional spaces!
we have both apartments for 2/4 persons
both three-room / three bedroom for 6 people
the apartments about 50 square meters while the quadriplocale largest of about 110 sq. m.

They are equipped with: a bathroom with shower; a utility room with washing machine;
 a living room / kitchen equipped with dishes and pots; large fridge with freezer; oven; microwave and kettle.

 
The nearby "Desenzanino" beach offers the possibility to rent sun beds, umbrellas, pedal boats and canoes; but if you want to follow a course of sailing or windsurfing, about 300 meters you will find sailing clubs with the structures foreseen.

Are you interested in a trip to discover the beautiful areas around Desenzanodel Garda?
 The port with the boat landings to Sirmione, Malcesine, Riva, Salo, Garda, Bardolino and other towns of the lake is less than 300 meters as well as the bus stop to reach the cities of Verona, Mantua and Bergamo.

If you would rather take a train to quickly reach Venice or Milan you can get to the station in 15 minutes on foot.
