In front of Brescia Civil Hospital, we offer the Civile21 and Dalmonte vacation homes. In the center of Brescia, we manage Langolosullapiazza: short stays for two people at 50/day for 3 days. We only manage short-term rentals.

ALL-INCLUSIVE: utilities, equipped kitchen, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, WIFI, taxes (including tourist tax), bathroom towels (3 towels per person), bed linen, electricity, heating, TV, condominium expenses, FINAL CLEANING, hairdryer.
We are in a 1500s building in front of the Diocesan Museum, reachable without entering the ZTL zone, only for loading and unloading. You can park for free at Castello, a 7-minute walk from the property.
In a prestigious historical and architectural context, we offer the opportunity to enjoy a comfortable stay in bright rooms, away from the chaos and noise of the city.
Room 1, with exclusive entrance and use, has a fridge and microwave. Upon request, we can provide an electric stove, dishes, toaster, and electric grill. The windowed bathroom is inside the room. There is no kitchen.
Zone 2 (illustrated here) has an exclusive entrance and use, an equipped kitchen with a large window, a living-bedroom, and a private bathroom with a large window.

Piazza Vittoria is 5 minutes' walk from the B&B; from 8 p. m. to 7 a. m. it costs only €2; during the day it's the more expensive in the city. It is normally full from 10 to 12 a. m. and from 3, 30 to 5, 30 p. m.; so it's better parking in different hours. If you want to reach it, the navigator sometimes makes mistakes, we advise you to reach Cavalcavia Kennedy, direction center of Brescia, you will go in Gramsci road that ends at the entrance of the parking.
Fossa Bagni is cheeper and less crowded, it's ten minutes' walk from the B&B;
Parking is free on the castle ill, that is 7 minutes' walk from Piazzetta San Giorgio.

Good morning, I rate this property excellent for the quality/price ratio, despite being in the historic center, very convenient for walking and for every service, being inside an alley there was absolute silence. We had a great time and it will definitely be our destination for the next stay in Brescia. I have already recommended it to our friends. Thanks to the very kind manager Mr. Roberto. See you soon.

I booked the apartment for my parents who had a great time. The manager is very friendly and helpful, we immediately felt comfortable. The apartment is located in a small square right in the center (a stone's throw from Piazza della Loggia), the area is very quiet and very nice. The apartment is new and very clean. My parents had a good stay partly thanks to the apartment and will return.

I stayed in Brescia for two days for work. The B&B manager was very friendly, the room was clean and welcoming even if not very spacious. The location is very good, in the center. The only small inconvenience is for those traveling by car. Unfortunately, the parking spaces in the center are all for residents, so you have to park a 5-minute walk away. Excellent value for money.

This is a recently renovated apartment in a beautiful ancient house in the center of Brescia. There are two rooms, with independent entrance, one with and one without a kitchen. The windows overlook a very quiet square and the area itself is calm. The owner is very discreet and kind. Since it is apparently a Bed and Breakfast, the only negative point is that breakfast is not included in the room price, meaning there is none at all. Other than that, I would say it is an excellent structure.
