In front of Brescia Civil Hospital, we offer the Civile21 and Dalmonte vacation homes. In the center of Brescia, we manage Langolosullapiazza: short stays for two people at 50/day for 3 days. We only manage short-term rentals.
The apartment is located at Piazzetta San Giorgio, 7 in Brescia.
ALL-INCLUSIVE: utilities, equipped kitchen, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, WIFI, taxes (including tourist tax), bathroom towels (3 towels per person), bed linen, electricity, heating, TV, condominium expenses, FINAL CLEANING, hairdryer.
We are in a 1500s building in front of the Diocesan Museum, reachable without entering the ZTL zone, only for loading and unloading. You can park for free at Castello, a 7-minute walk from the property.
In a prestigious historical and architectural context, we offer the opportunity to enjoy a comfortable stay in bright rooms, away from the chaos and noise of the city.
Room 1, with exclusive entrance and use, has a fridge and microwave. Upon request, we can provide an electric stove, dishes, toaster, and electric grill. The windowed bathroom is inside the room. There is no kitchen.
Zone 2 (illustrated here) has an exclusive entrance and use, an equipped kitchen with a large window, a living-bedroom, and a private bathroom with a large window.

Piazza Vittoria is 5 minutes' walk from the B&B; from 8 p. m. to 7 a. m. it costs only €2; during the day it's the more expensive in the city. It is normally full from 10 to 12 a. m. and from 3, 30 to 5, 30 p. m.; so it's better parking in different hours. If you want to reach it, the navigator sometimes makes mistakes, we advise you to reach Cavalcavia Kennedy, direction center of Brescia, you will go in Gramsci road that ends at the entrance of the parking.
Fossa Bagni is cheeper and less crowded, it's ten minutes' walk from the B&B;
Parking is free on the castle ill, that is 7 minutes' walk from Piazzetta San Giorgio.
We are 15 minutes' walk from the train station.

Good morning, I rate this property excellent for the quality/price ratio, despite being in the historic center, very convenient for walking and for every service, being inside an alley there was absolute silence. We had a great time and it will definitely be our destination for the next stay in Brescia. I have already recommended it to our friends. Thanks to the very kind manager Mr. Roberto. See you soon.

Ho prenotato l'appartamento per i miei genitori che si sono trovati benissimo. Il gestore è molto simpatico e disponibile, ci siamo subito sentiti ad agio. L'appartamento è ubicato in una piazzetta proprio nel centro (a 2 passi della Piazza della Loggia), la zona è tranquillissima e molto carina. L'appartamento è nuovo e pulitissimo.
I miei genitori hanno passato un buon soggiorno in parte grazie all'appartamento e ci torneranno.

Ho soggiornato per due giorni a Brescia per lavoro.
Il gestore del B&B molto cordiale, la stanza ben pulita e accogliente anche se non spaziosissima.
La posizione è molto buona, in centro. L'unica piccola "scomodità" è per chi viaggia in macchina. Purtroppo i posti auto in centro sono tutti per residenti, quindi bisogna parcheggiare a 5 minuti a piedi.
Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo.

Struttura ben posizionata sia per mezzi sia per attrazioni da visitare, l'ambiente pulito e nuovo anche se la struttura esterna è storica.
Un po' difficile da trovare se non conosci il posto.

Si tratta di un appartamento ristrutturato recentemente in una bellissima casa antica nel centro di Brescia. Vi sono due stanze, con ingresso indipendente, una con e una senza cucina. Le finestre si affacciano su una piazzetta molto tranquilla e la zona stessa lo è. Il proprietario è molto discreto e gentile. Essendo apparentemente un B&B l'unico dato negativo è che il breakfast non è compreso nel prezzo della stanza, ossia non c'è proprio. Per il resto direi che è una struttura ottima.
