Description
The Bed & Breakfast "Ai Musei" offers the public the availability of four rooms with private bathrooms, equipped to provide the best comforts and with a room layout that is attentive to the usability and respect for the privacy of guests.
Upon request, it is possible to create a suite with two interconnecting rooms and two bathrooms, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, to accommodate larger groups. Children are welcome and stay for free up to the age of three. All rooms have arrangements for a third/fourth bed with safety guards.
The rooms are bright, thermally and acoustically insulated to ensure a peaceful rest. They are equipped with air circulation, adjustable air conditioning, and heating that can be controlled by the guest. Each room has a modern and spacious private bathroom with a shower and bidet.
The materials used for the furnishings (including parquet flooring and exposed beams), furniture (wooden furniture, fire-resistant materials and fabrics), linens, and cleaning products used to sanitize the environment are all natural and environmentally friendly.
The rooms have free Wi-Fi, TV, single or double beds, wardrobes, and comfortable and functional furnishings. They also include a kettle for tea, herbal teas, and coffee, as well as linens and bathroom toiletries. The beds have slatted frames and memory foam mattresses, and the provided linens are made of pure cotton.
All our rooms are non-smoking. There is no elevator to reach the rooms, as it is a historic 17th-century building.
We are located in a restricted traffic area (ZTL), but for those arriving by car, there is the possibility to use a private parking lot 20 meters from the B&B to leave your car or motorcycle in absolute safety (at an additional cost). Free parking beyond the pedestrian zone is also available a few hundred meters away and can be reached in a few minutes.

"Ai Musei" is located in the historic center of Brescia, built on the remains of the ancient Roman Basilica (5th century BC), in the oldest part of the city, immersed in culture and history. It is an excellent starting point for visiting the most interesting areas of Brescia.
To name just a few: the Monastery of Santa Giulia, a UNESCO World Heritage Site (300 meters away), the Capitolium temple and Piazza del Foro adorned with Roman artifacts, the Roman Basilica and Piazza Labus (30 meters away), the Castle on the "Cidneo" hill is less than a 10-minute walk away, the main "historic" squares of the city can be reached in just 3 minutes (Piazza Paolo VI, the ancient Piazza Duomo, the Broletto Palace, Piazza della Loggia, the characteristic Clock Tower, Piazza Vittoria, the tranquil and shady Piazza Tebaldo Brusato, and the lively Piazza Arnaldo), Corso Zanardelli and the Portici of via X giornate are a must for a typical shopping stroll, just 500 meters away.

Excellent property in a central location, ideal for visiting the UNESCO sites (a stone's throw away) and the historic center of Brescia. Spacious room, large bathroom, closing the window you can't hear the bar in front. The managers are very helpful and friendly. I recommend it.

Beautiful clean rooms in a historic building in the city center, yet in a quiet location. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast at the bar (coffee and croissant) was wonderful for us, but those expecting a breakfast buffet should stay elsewhere.

Everything very nice, new, clean, very central.
The owner (Giorgio) very helpful and welcoming.
Breakfast could be improved, a bit limited compared to the standard you find around. Fabulous for the kindness and friendliness all the staff of "Dolce vita" in Piazza Paolo VI (where breakfast is served).

The B&B is located in a very central position (near the Duomo) and, for those who have a car, parking is available in the underground parking area of Piazzale Arnaldo. The rooms are equipped with every comfort, the bathrooms are brand new, and the cleanliness is truly excellent! Breakfast is served in the bar across the street and not in the room. A special mention also goes to the managers, friendly and available for any need!

Beautiful apartment with a stunning view, brand new and technological as well as welcoming. Received with extreme cordiality and kindness by Mr. Giorgio who already at the booking gave essential information about the city and logistics in general. I had the pleasure of spending two nights at the delightful structure of this Bed and Breakfast located in a strategic position. The owners were very friendly and provided me with important tips on places to visit and typical places to eat. My extremely clean, cozy, and spacious room was equipped with all the comforts (including a nice LCD TV and an air conditioner for every need). The practically brand new bathroom, tastefully furnished with a large shower, made the stay even more enjoyable. The quality/price ratio for this structure is truly very advantageous, so I feel confident in recommending the Bed and Breakfast Ai Musei without any reservation.
