Description
The Villa is located right in front of the town of Como, with a 180 degrees view of the lake. Como city center can be reached by car, bike, bus, or even by ferry-boat- as a public ferry-boat transportation service is available. This service -located 50 meters from our property- will take you directly to Como city center in 8 minutes and to the other destinations of the lake. For those who enjoy walking, the Old Town of Como is also reachable following a panoramic path (approx. 35 minutes walk) alongside the lake. The Italian/Swiss border is very close, just 4 km from our property, Villa d'Este just 1 km. Private parking available on site.

The house is located between Como and Cernobbio; you can walk to both places. The property feels luxurious. The location is fantastic. There is a private dock right there, which is very convenient for getting around the lake. Very close by there are all kinds of services, including a good supermarket. The facilities are comfortable and functional. The kitchen, the bed and the bathroom are very good. Everything is very clean. Davide, the host, helped and advised us with what we needed during the six days. The team is very professional and friendly. Everything is very good, but if there is something to highlight it is the lake views; they are wonderful and leave an unforgettable memory. We stayed in the King room with balconies. Our recommendation is: do not hesitate; you will spend unforgettable days.

Thank you again for such a wonderful stay and breakfast on the balcony! I am glad I got to share that memory with both of my kids on their first individual trips to Como. The views are stunning, the host is incredible, and the space is great.

Fabulous location with a superb view. The room is very well equipped with everything one needs. I would stay here again! Davide was a great host, especially in the initial negotiations.
