Excellent studio with a stunning view, great location as well, close to a ferry, supermarket and in relatively quiet area compared to Como center.

Exceeded our expectations! Lakeviewcabin - Studio is perfectly located for what we wanted out of our trip. Close enough to feel centrally located but away from the crowds. There is a ferry stop right in front of the property making it very easy to get around, and the walk to Como may be on the longer side but it is so beautiful. The best part of our location was the market was just around the corner, and Osteria Tavernetta is an incredible local restaurant that made our stay feel even more intimate and special. Our stay was so relaxing and Davide was incredible with responding to our questions and making sure everything was perfect. We stayed in the studio and it was perfect for our family of 3. Nuna pack n play was provided as well as a high chair. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Davide is the most amazing host. He was accommodating in more ways than one, from promptly answering our emails and WhatsApp messages in fluent English to agreeing to our special requests. We stayed in the double room on the 1st floor of the property. The view more than makes up for the clean, albeit dated lines, and with more amenities than most hotels. I do wish the breakfast service would return, as I was most looking forward to that after reading the pre-pandemic reviews. Perhaps a bread, fruit, and juice basket might be a middle ground? However, there is a guide book with lots of local restaurant recommendations (which we put to good use). We never ran out of hot water, appliances were all in good working order (perhaps just in need of decalcification of the kettle, bidet and shower head). You really had to look hard to find fault because Davide pays attention to so much detail, from remote control electric blinds, A/C, closet storage, dining utensils, espresso machine, outdoor furniture (private enclosed courtyard), extra blankets for chilly evenings, and screens on the windows (a rarity in some parts of Europe), sturdy walls (we did not hear our neighbors), security gate+door, and dedicated parking. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary. To take it up a notch, it would have been nice to have bottle of wine or fresh flowers offered upon arrival. Above all, the location was perfect for us and we felt like we were accessible to everything Lake Como had to offer. We were already discussing our return visit on our first night! A very tidy and lovely apartment with a spectacular view, equipped with everything you need. A comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Davide is a great host and is there when you need him, willing to share all he knows about the area. We had a great stay.

Had a wonderful stay in The Studio at Lakeviewcabin. Lovely views of the lake from the panoramic window. Ferry stop right in front of the property to take you to Como or around the lake. Great supermarket 5 mins walk around the corner. The accommodation has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Will be back again in the future and would recommend. Many thanks.

This property was amazing. Get the studio with the bay window for the view. It is impeccable. The host was also very nice and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful too so get that if you can! \nThe whole stay was 100/10 - do yourself a favor and book this place. \nWe are already talking about our return trip!

What a superb place. Room was great and vista superb. Parking in garage or outside. Ferries walking distance. Lovely walk to Como. Supermarket close, bought breakfast and ate in terrace.

Just book this place. You'll be welcomed and well informed about traveling around. You'll enjoy waking up to the view of the lake. A short walk to restaurants, a market, and boat rides.

Lovely host who offered support before and during the stay. Great location with easy access to one of the boat ports that takes you to the main town and easy walk to a supermarket and another close town. Best part is the beautiful views from the balcony, right over Lake Como.

The location is wonderful and the host is friendly and very nice. The information and recommendations were helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The host is also super nice, taking care of our kids to prepare the bed for them. We love staying at Lakeviewcabin.

What a fantastic view over Lake Como. Beautifully maintained garden, we could park the car in a private garage. The apartment had 2 bedrooms, a nice bathroom, a large fridge in the little kitchen, and an outdoor terrace. Everything looked well-kept. You need to be good at climbing stairs to reach the apartment due to the many steps. Around the corner is a large supermarket, across the street is the ferry that can take you to many villages on the lake. In the evening, we walked to Cernobbio, which was about a 15-minute walk. There were many restaurants here. I definitely recommend this apartment!

An all-around great accommodation, beautifully located and with a super nice host family. However, one should be careful not to book the garden apartment, as from there you can only see the lake standing up.

This is an exceptional property and we cannot rate it highly enough. Davide is a wonderful host and was helpful before arrival, on arrival and throughout the duration of our stay. He gave us excellent restaurant recommendations, places to visit and local amenities. I don't think there is a better view of Lake Como from the balcony of this property.

From the warm greeting upon our arrival to the time of our departure, Lakeview Cabin, Giulio and Davide and his team were warm, generous of their time and ensure our time in Como was extremely memorable.

Wonderful place to stay on Lake Como. The view can't be beat, it's in a quiet area but right near the ferry. Davide was a great host. The bed was very comfortable. We would stay here again!

The stay at Lakeviewcabin was perfect for us. The view from the room was wonderful, overlooking the lake and seeing clear across to the other side. The room and amenities were clean and practical, and overall we felt it was great value for money. Davide, our host, was extremely responsive to any questions, and helpful with his recommendations and advice. We highly recommend this place, and would love to come back again soon.

Great welcome, very well located establishment by the lake, splendid view.

A wonderful stay, romantic and peaceful. Our host is charming, and really helped us optimize our too short stay with his wise advice. And made us want to come back.

Excellent place to stay at Lake Como, very nice the apartment with a good kitchen and balcony. The TV had a wide selection of programs also in the English language, CNN, BBC... \nA very friendly host with good service.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay here. The view is spectacular and the host was extremely attentive and accommodating. He went out of his way to ensure that we had a great time and was willing to help if we needed or had any questions. \n\nWe enjoyed walking everywhere (please note that we do enjoy walking casually so a 3km walk is very enjoyable for us), it will take you about 20/30 minutes to walk to Como center which was really nice. There is also a nice pizza restaurant close by called L'Ancora (about a 2-4 minute walk, please note they only have pizzas and only open at 19:00 but WOW it was amazing and affordable). \n\nWould highly recommend.

Beautiful location!

Highly recommend this property! The room and bathroom were big and comfortable, and the view was spectacular. The walk to the city center is about 30 mins and is along a very scenic route. David was nice enough to give us a lift from the station when we arrived. Will stay here again in the future.

Mr. Davide was very warm when we met, gave us a brief overview of the surroundings and points of interest. The room was not large but sufficient. Our balcony with the view and personalized breakfast as we were the only guests at that time... priceless. The location is just a 10-minute drive to downtown Como. The ferry point to other Como locations, the supermarket, and local restaurants are a 5-minute walk away. Will book again if I will visit Como again.

We were unfortunately only there for one night on our way through. It was perfect: the car could be securely parked in the garage with all the luggage, owner Davidde was extremely friendly, had many good tips for excursions and restaurants, served us a great breakfast on our balcony, the apartment was large and very clean and more than perfectly equipped, the view was gigantic and we slept well, despite the elevated location above the main road. We can recommend this accommodation.

Beautiful structure as well as the location. Easily reachable by foot Como, walking along the lake.

The apartment has an amazing view! It is modern, clean, and has everything you need. Davide is very friendly and helpful. There is a boat stop close to the apartment. You are directly at the lake.

The view was amazing 11/10. The accommodation was perfect. Our host Davide was very helpful and attentive. Would return in a heartbeat.

This place exceeded expectations. The room was spacious and cozy, and the view was amazing. We were greeted by the hosts who gave us a tour and shared some treats and champagne upon arrival. A wonderful experience and very thankful for the stay.

We had an excellent stay at the Lakeviewcabin. Supermarket and ferry to Como very near. Inside parking for the car: -). 15-20 minute walk to Cernobbio. And last but not least, the very nice view on the lake from the balcony.

Wow. The Lakeview Cabin is incredible. A quaint place to enjoy all that Como has to offer. Walking distance to villages, the ferry right outside the door, and an incredible view of the lake. We spent each night on the balcony watching the sunset - it was heavenly.

Everything was like the pictures and description tell, a garage for the car is available. View upon the lake is wonderful, restaurants are nearby and Como can be reached by walking or taking the ferryboat.

Davide went above and beyond! He was available to pick us up at the train station and bring us to his beautiful villa, very spacious. Full of information in the area. The ferry is right across the street. The views are breathtaking. Sitting out on the terrace, overlooking the lake and enjoying a delicious breakfast is magnificent! Almost an hour walk from the center of Lake Como, but very beautiful!

Great host, warm welcome, clean apartment with a great view of the lake and Como. Ferry dock right outside the door and in 5 minutes in Como City or a walk along the lake. Definitely book the breakfast as well, it's a perfect way to start the day. Thank you for the lovely time!

Loved the stay at Lakeviewcabin. The host was very responsive to all requests.

We had a great time here! Gorgeous view, very close to the jetty and bus stop. Not many services nearby (there's a large supermarket and a couple of restaurants, but not much else) but Como is easy and quick to get to (8 minutes by boat), so not an issue. We'll be coming back.

Thank you very much David for the wonderful weekend. It is an amazing place with a nice view of Lake Como. Incredibly big window: -) when you wake up you see Lake Como from your bed.

A hidden gem! What a fantastic place. Davide's welcome was warm. Beautiful view over the lake. We stayed in the studio. Superb. Clean, spacious, modern. Everything you need is here. Even a small garden to enjoy the view. We only stayed here for 2 days. Just as a rest place on our way back from Puglia back home to The Netherlands. Within a few minutes you enter Swiss. Sadly we had to leave cause this place has everything to spend more time. Como is a beautiful city, the lake too. You can take a boat to Como just outside the apartment. Good places to eat on walking distance too. We loved to come back here once again. For longer then just 2 days!

Spectacular location overlooking Lake Como and other villages. The sun rises in front of you to greet you while you have your morning breakfast and coffee. The views at night are also very nice. The local village provides you with shops for groceries, etc. Highly recommended.

Perfect place for a short stay on our way to the south, but consider a long stay!

Second stay at Lakeviewcabin with Davide, who is very courteous and speaks French. We are delighted with our 2 stays. The studio is very beautiful, well equipped, with a modern and neat decor, a very beautiful view of Lake Como. Everything is organized to make us feel good. We will come back with great pleasure.

Beautiful view of Lake Como from the living room and terrace. Downside is the busy road in front of the building, but it gets quieter as the evening progresses. Parking in a garage available, which promotes the car's cooling. 5 minutes (by car) from Como center. 3 minutes walk from the ferry - supermarket. It would have been fantastic if we could have breakfast on the terrace.

Best apartment, best host & best location all combined together. Details: The host, Davide, is amazing. He offered us a ride from & to the train station without any extra fees. He's very generous specially with his outstanding breakfast, both quality & quantity. The property is right beside a huge supermarket where you can find anything you may need as well as a bunch of restaurants which you can enjoy a proper meal with the lake view. The best thing about this property is that you can find a ferry station right in front of it. You just pass the street and there it is. This is quite useful as you can take the boat to anywhere in Lake Como, There's a boat every 15/30 minutes and you can navigate to wherever you want. Como city center is just 8 minutes by the boat (You can also take the bus) and it's only for 1.4 Euros as far as I remember. I definitely recommend this place if you want to have a memorable stay in Como.

We were very well received, the private parking very accessible and very secure is a real advantage. The view by the lake is beautiful from the terrace and the room! Too bad the road between the B&B and the lake is so noisy! I hadn't seen any comments about this and was very surprised upon arrival. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious, very comfortable bed. However, the furniture is outdated and a complete renovation would be welcome. I think I understood that the other accommodations had already been renovated but in any case, not ours. The windows have blinds that do not completely darken the room, which can wake you up early if you are sensitive to light. The shuttle boats to Como just in front, that's also an advantage.
