6 boutique rooms in Milan city center and two apartments nearby.

The rooms are divided into two buildings, one facing the other. The first is located in Via Farini 4, where there are the 2 terraces and where breakfast is served; in this building we have 4 rooms, two classic and two on the terrace. The second building is opposite, in Piazzale Baimonti 3; in this building we have two rooms, Baiamonti Pink and Baiamonti Yellow.

Modern objects, design and craftsmanship. Private bathroom, breakfast service, tea and coffee always available to guests.

Free WIFI.

2 designer apartments: LaFaviasuite in the same building as the Bed and Breakfast, in Via Carlo Farini 4.

The second in Via Cola Montano 8, a 5-minute walk, in the vibrant Isola district.

La Favia is a very charming, individually and lovingly designed bed-and-breakfast, where you immediately feel comfortable. You find yourself in a small, quiet green oasis in the midst of the noisy metropolis of Milan. Francesca, Fabio, and their staff are very friendly and communication went perfectly. There are many good restaurant recommendations from the host in the immediate area and all the sights are easily reachable on foot or by the tram that departs opposite. We enjoyed our stay there and can recommend La Favia without reservation!

Very responsive hosts. Close to Milan Porta Garibaldi Train Station, but not Milan Centrale. We had some trouble checking in when we first arrived, but it was quickly resolved by the hosts.

I stayed in the apartment on Via Cola Montano for a few days between Christmas and New Year's. The location is very convenient both to the Porta Garibaldi station and to the beautiful Porta Nuova area, but at the same time it is secluded and quiet. The apartment is very clean, functional, and extremely pleasant from an aesthetic point of view. Fabio is very responsive in answering requests and available to meet the needs of guests. It should be noted that breakfast can only be consumed at the main location, about ten minutes on foot from the apartment. I will definitely refer to the hotel LaFavia for my next stay. PS: Could the main location on Via Farini be better signposted?

We had a lovely stay at LaFavia. Comfortable and stylish rooms. Great breakfast served on the terrace, all the staff were helpful. A good location for us, just a 5 minute walk from the station. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. We walked to the centre from LaFavia and also to Navigli. Will recommend to our friends and would love to stay again.

The host was great and the breakfast was great as well. Communication was good for the entire process. The only problem is with the location of room 4 being next to a club it seems. On weekends they have deep bass music pumping until 2am but I was able to sleep through with ear plugs.

Excellent structure, well managed and very welcoming, in a convenient location to reach the center (train station and metro 5 minutes away and tram stop in front). Everything went well from check-in to check-out, spacious and well-maintained room with bathroom, polite staff. We had a great time, I just have one suggestion: it might be useful to have a non-slip mat for the shower, which has a slightly slippery base.

Very well organized, always someone available, good location description with photos. In the kitchen there is a stove, refrigerator, toaster, microwave. We stayed only overnight, but what a wonderful place this was to stay. We arrived at 9 am from Australia, having flown for over 20 hours. Catherine met us at the accommodation and made us a tea and coffee, making us feel very welcome. She gave us some good information. Our room wasn't ready but we were able to leave our luggage and she put it in our room when ready. When we returned from our day out, our room was lovely and clean. It is right next to the tram line, which was a bit noisy at times, but would not deter me from staying there again. The beds were comfy as were the pillows. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. Again Catherine made us feel so welcome. I would definitely stay here again. The location was really convenient and close to the tram and train station.

The accommodation is very unique and every detail in the rooms is carefully chosen. The conversation with Fabio was smooth. The ladies at breakfast were delightful. As promised, the rooms in the backyard were also quiet. What could be improved are the showers in the backyard rooms - glass showers instead of curtains would be nice! The tram passes in front of the house directly into the city. Unfortunately, there were strong thunderstorms at night and we had to switch to the metro, which is also only 2 minutes away. Parking garage was also just around the corner (20 euros per night).

The inside of this apartment was nicely done and very clean. However, it was not in the same location as the other apartments, which was not explained to me. It did not have any terrace or shared space as I was expecting and was in an area of the city that I felt uncomfortable as a young woman in alone.

We came to give our children a night in the facility they saw in their favorite program: LaFavia. We are a simple family used to the home exchange network, and a 4-star hotel intimidated us, but when we arrived at LaFavia we immediately felt welcomed and treated very well. We really liked the structure, in particular we appreciated the design elements inserted in each room. A special thanks also for putting an extra bed in the children's room, and for keeping our luggage after check out. We would like to come even in the in-between seasons, because the heat prevented us from fully appreciating Milan. We forgot to have a tarot reading!

It was like staying in a magical tree house in the city. We would stay here again absolutely! The host and staff were always friendly and helpful. Fabio helped us navigate a train strike to make sure we were able to catch our train to Rome. The breakfast was simple but very tasty, and was ready at the times we requested. Since our train was very early, the staff dropped off yogurt and fruit the night before! The location was very close to transportation.

The accommodation is great. It is decorated with great taste. Fabio is charming and the girls who served us during breakfast as well. The room is very nice and the bedding is of great quality. The location is not exactly in the center, but it is very well connected by metro and tram (in 15 min). The only downside to our room is that, being in the hall, everything could be heard. But since there was only one more room on the same floor as ours, it was not a big inconvenience. Highly recommended.

Lovely quaint B&B on the edge of Milan’s Chinatown. Tram stop right outside and short walk from Train station and Metro. Fabio was a charming host who provided lots of information and tips on how to enjoy the city. The rooms are beautifully decorated, we stayed in a terrace room which had an outside sitting area and a small but well-designed kitchen area. With a 2-ring hob, microwave, and small fridge. The breakfast was self-service for cereal and fruit. You can pick the night before if you want a cold meat platter, boiled eggs, or scrambled egg and bacon all beautifully served and tasty but not large portions.

LaFavia is a charming bed and breakfast. Check-in was easy. All my needs were met. Tram stops right in front of the place. Close to the city centre. Garibaldi station is 5 minutes from LaFavia. A pleasant stay.

Good value B&B just to the north of central Milan. Nice clean rooms really nicely decorated with good size comfortable beds and nice bathroom with walk in shower. The host Fabio met us on arrival and showed us the rooms and breakfast area. There is a nice garden area where you can sit and relax or eat breakfast weather permitting. Breakfast is made to order and good quality. There is a Nespresso machine available to use 24 hours and tea making facilities. There is a tram stop right outside the door with routes 2 & 4 serving the Duomo, Cadorna station and the castle Sforzesco and Sempione Park. Metro station Monumentale is only a couple of minutes walk away so anywhere within central Milan’s easily accessible. Lots of useful information provided by Fabio and maps and leaflets available. Would recommend this B&B and would gladly stay again.

Fabio and his team provided us with a great B&B. The room was not the largest we have ever stayed in, but the location and facilities were superb. Fabio was a great host giving us dining and sightseeing suggestions. Each morning Catherine had our delicious breakfast ready, and there were plenty of choices! My wife is gluten-free and they had no problems providing lots of choices. The location is great, not far from Garibaldi station, and the room is very secure. Highly recommended.

Handy location, a short stroll from Porta Garibaldi station (with regular trains to and from Malpensa airport, and also connected to the metro network); and there is a nearby tram line too. It's also within easy walking distance of the Castello Sforzesco and Parco Sempione, Pinacoteca di Brera, Cimitero Monumentale, etc. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Friendly and helpful owner and staff. Nice breakfast selection. Stylishly decorated. Would happily stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very helpful. The garden terrace is very nice. The rooms facing the street are unfortunately very loud, as the tram stops right in front of the window. The city center can be reached with a 15-minute walk. Nearby, local restaurants are open in the evenings.

Fabio, Anna and Katherine went out of their way to answer our questions, provide recommendations and accommodate our requests. The entrance door does not look “inviting” but once inside the property was very nice. We had the apartment on the top floor. We had to walk up one flight of stairs (not a problem for us) but some may object. Our major complaint was the poor water pressure in our apartment and the variability of water temperature while taking a shower. Otherwise, the apartment was great! We would definitely stay again on a return visit to Milan. A clean, well situated property; Fabio was an excellent host.

La Favia Four Rooms is nestled among many bushes and trees, which gives it a nice change from the street in this area. Good tram service on the same street to reach the City Center and the Duomo area. Inexpensive BnB.

First of all, Good morning to Fabio and all his pleasant staff whom we can only congratulate for their dedication and friendly welcome. It's an address to remember and recommend to anyone going to discover Milan. An interior where delicacy and harmony of colors and objects intersect. As for the tranquility of the garden (exceptional in the middle of the city), it's nice to have breakfast between shadows and lights, and once again served with very special attention. Congratulations, we will recommend this address also close to a very nice pedestrian area (go have a coffee at Corso Como Café!). Didier and Catherine.

My wife and I spent 4 nights in Fabio's perfect B&B and we enjoyed the time. The room we had was spacious and very clean, the sheets on the beds are of super quality and the mattresses are comfortable. The terrace is a perfect place to have your breakfast on a sunny morning and to relax with a glass after a long sightseeing day in the city. The B&B is also located in a neighborhood with easy access to public transportation (tram and train). There are also many good restaurants within walking distance. I would stay here again when coming to Milan.

The choice of the location is excellent as it is located in the northern part of Milan while still being central, a 1/2 hour by metro from the Furniture Fair, delightful, very warm welcome, you feel so good, just look at the photos everything is charming and refined, the neighborhood is very lively, thank you again and well done, we will recommend you.

Thank you very much Fabio for a wonderful stay and we would most likely stay at LaFavia again should we come to Milan in the future. The rooms were excellent - different from other accommodations in the city and well-designed. The only change I would make would be to have slightly more selection at breakfast time and / or fresh fruits but everything that was served at breakfast was great.

Highly recommended B&B, since we arrived my girlfriend and I appreciated Fabio's availability, who even printed the expo tickets we had in the email. The breakfast is abundant and genuine, I also appreciated that he asked us the day before what we wanted for breakfast in order to avoid stupid food waste. In short, beautiful, welcoming, I recommend it!

Visiting Milan partly for the Expo but also for its many interesting sights, we chose LaFavia4rooms because it suited our needs in regard of location. We liked it very much because of its special atmosphere, its beautifully designed rooms and also because Fabio did a very good job at feeling us welcome. Exceptional structure in the center of Milan. I did not think there was such a beautiful and well-kept place in the details. You feel at home, but breathing in the atmospheres of the places from which the objects that furnish the B&B come. The passion and hospitality of the owners are above all expectations. I highly recommend it.

The recent renovation has been done with great care, good taste and attention to detail. The welcome from the manager is excellent. Fabio is attentive to the needs of the guests without ever being intrusive. The breakfast deserves a special mention as it is possible to request what you want the night before and in the morning everything will be nicely arranged in the beautiful veranda. The breakfast ranges from freshly squeezed orange juice to homemade cake to pastry croissants. Last but not least, the location allows even solo women to be outside and return in peace.
