Carmen is very friendly and helpful. The house is relatively new and the rooms are large. The location is not so good but for us it was ok because we stayed only one night as stopover during our travel. 500m away is a very good pizzeria!

Really nice bed and breakfast. Nice large rooms with bathroom / tv / air conditioning / coffee machine / tea maker. Helpful host. Location is good as only few km far from Como Lakeside / Downtown Cantù. Parking available in the premises (although there are parking spaces on the street).
Only negative point would be the lack of possibility to breakfast (due to COVID-19 restrictions). You receive a "breakfast lunchbag" though.
Would definitely recommend this bnb.
