Residenza Parco is a large independent studio located in the beautiful residential area of Milano2, built in the 70s by the young builder Silvio Berlusconi. The area is quiet, peaceful, and very green. San Raffaele Hospital can be reached on foot in 5 minutes (500 meters). The neighborhood is well served by public transport to the main airports of Milan Linate, Malpensa and Orio al Serio and to the Milanese subway which allows you to reach the center of Milan in 20 minutes.
Within walking distance in the neighborhood, all services such as the Post Office, Church, Tobacconist, Dry Cleaners, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, and supermarkets (Unes and Esselunga) are easily accessible. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a separate bedroom with a double bed (1, 60 x 2, 00), a walk-in closet, a bathroom with a window and a large shower, a kitchen area with a breakfast bar and a practical one and a half square sofa bed (1. 40 x 2. 00).
