The B&B La Pusianella is located in a nineteenth-century villa, renovated while maintaining its original charm.

The Italian garden directly overlooks Lake Pusiano, a water mirror with a relaxing atmosphere. The well-kept garden is enriched by a cool berceau and a terrace overlooking the lake, where you can savor the local tranquility in close contact with nature.

There are 3 cozy rooms available with a double bed (which can be separated) and a private bathroom equipped with refined bath linen, a hairdryer, and body care products.

Laundry service is available.

Located just minutes away from Como and its lake, the Villa d'Este Golf Club, and the Lario Fiere Exhibition Center.

The airports of Milan, Lugano, and Bergamo can be reached in less than 1 hour.

My daughter and I stayed at Carla’s to visit Milan Design Week and we had the most amazing stay! Everything was perfect from start to finish. Carla was very friendly and welcoming, as well as her daughter. The breakfast she prepared each morning with care was beautiful – such a lovely way to start the day! We stayed in two different rooms during our stay and both were absolutely wonderful, full of charm, comfort, beautiful details/ finishes and were very tasteful. The village itself is incredibly charming and authentic (not too touristic), and the view of the lake was just breathtaking - we couldn’t get enough of it! We can’t wait to come back again! :)

We stayed at La Pusianella for the weekend of the Saints. The property, a house from the late 1700s, is beautiful, tastefully furnished and has a splendid view of Lake Pusiano. Mrs. Carla, who manages it, is very kind and helpful. We absolutely recommend it.

Excellent location, beautiful garden with lake view. Spacious rooms with all amenities. Finally, a plentiful and good breakfast the next morning. The landlady is really very kind and helpful, highly recommended.

We stayed in the suite. Beautiful room. The strong point of the accommodation is the garden overlooking the lake, a corner of tranquility. In the evening, a magnificent view of the lake with the lights of the various countries reflecting on the water, gives a bohemian atmosphere. If we can, we will come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Carla's place. It was even more beautiful than we expected. Everything was set up with so much love and spotlessly clean. The peace and the view of the lake are fantastic. Also, the breakfast, made from homemade delicacies, is truly unbeatable. Many, many thanks dear Carla, we will definitely come back.

La Pusianella is a high point in good taste, cleanliness, beautiful decor, lake view, friendly hostess, delicious breakfast. Nothing could be better. However, do not even think of coming to Pusiano without a car. The lack of sidewalks (unless you count a 5 cm stripe), lack of walkable public spaces, and the dearth of taxi service from Como make it, like most of Italy, totally unforgiving for travellers trying to reduce their eco footprint. It is possible, when the wonderful Restaurant Negri next door is closed, that one cannot even find dinner without a car. Highest recommendation for the bnb, not excited about Pusiano itself. Beaches are unfortunately full of broken glass and too dangerous for bare feet.

Already from the booking we appreciated the courtesy and availability of Mrs. Carla who also provided us with a brand new camping cot complete with delicious sheets. Upon arrival we were greeted like friends! The room overlooking Lake Pusiano is definitely worth both the price and the vacation alone, but the best comes in the morning when with a kindness and availability that feels like family, a rich series of salty and sweet homemade foods is laid out, particularly well done: delicious! What can I say? If you think of a vacation in the area, you must come here, from where you can easily reach any location both on Lake Como and in Brianza, but where you can enjoy a royal peace. Congratulations and see you soon!

La Pusianella is a charming house on the shores of Lake Pusiano, with a lovely garden where we picked delicious pears. Carla is charming, attentive, smiling, and concerned about the well-being of her guests. Breakfast, served on the terrace, was well-stocked with delicious homemade cakes, among other things! We spent our first wedding night here. Carla welcomed us with kindness and every attention. The Depandance room is simply delightful, directly overlooking the lake and is spacious and elegant. We absolutely recommend it for those who want to tour the area, between Como and Lecco, or go hiking in the mountains with a restful base and a breathtaking view of Lake Pusiano. The abundant and tasty breakfast in the lakeside garden crowned our short but unforgettable stay. We really enjoyed it!

We spent 3 days in the beautiful house of La Pusianella. We had a very nice, big and clean room with an incredible view of Pusiano's lake. Carla is a very friendly host and her breakfast is good, made each day with fresh products. The house is 15-30 minutes away from Como, Lecco, etc.. I recommend you to spend some days at La Pusianella's house. Thank you for everything Carla.

The accommodation is very beautiful and located directly on the lake, we felt very comfortable at Carla's. She is a wonderful host and the rooms are very clean and lovingly decorated. The breakfast is rich and varied. The place is ideal for exploring the surroundings and Lake Como. Como, Bellagio, Lecco, Varenna are not far by car. We would have liked to stay longer and will gladly come back. Thanks a lot to Carla.

Guests at Carla's during the BuscaderoDay, an oasis of tranquility just steps away from the music event. Unique and unbeatable location, just like the homemade cake breakfasts. Too bad we didn't have time to enjoy the garden overlooking the lake, but definitely a place to mark on the agenda.

Lovely place, both in terms of location and structure. The suite, beautifully furnished, overlooks the garden and the lake, with two French doors that allow guests to fully enjoy the greenery and the relaxing atmosphere that only a direct view of the lake can offer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at B&B La Pusianella and would highly recommend it. The breakfast each day was delicious, Carla, the host, is wonderfully accommodating and made us feel right at home. It was hard to leave. It is away (but not far) from the busy touristy spots and the locals are really friendly. You can enjoy a typical Italian lifestyle, visit the bar, sit on the lake with a spritz, it's all within walking distance and you can relax at the B&B. The next day, visit one of the many sights in the area.

My wife and I had a fabulous stay at La Pusianella making day trips and enjoying the company of our host Carla. Her villa is perfectly situated on the lake front. She speaks English quite well and Pusiano is very well situated for day trips to enjoy the Lakes area. We enjoyed kayaking and walks along Lago di Pusiano as well a great day in Bergamo. Como, Lecco, and Bellagio are all just a short drive.

Lovely place, very kind and hospitable owner, very nice, spacious and very clean room. The only flaw, in a summer like this, the lack of air conditioning (the fan is only a partial remedy). Breakfast with a view of the lake and excellent products. Really worth it.
