I like being able to be helpful to my guests by providing them with all the most necessary information, recommending restaurants and tourist destinations in the area. I have personally designed the flat so that it can be comfortable and functional in every space to welcome guests and make them feel at home.

La Portesina is located in a strategic position in Mantua, located in the historic center, in a lovely quiet village and in the immediate vicinity of the historic center, which can be easily reached on foot in 10min. It is a short walk from the famous Ciclovia Del Sole, 5min from the 3 lakes, 5min from the green Piazza Virgiliana, 8min from the artistic Piazza Sordello, 15min from Piazza Mantegna.
The apartment is located in the ZTL zone. It is possible to request, through the property, PASS for access to all ZTL gates and free parking in blue stripes.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet area, just a few minutes' walk from the center of Mantua. The apartment is spacious and suitable for 2 people, but it is also fine for 4. Clean and nice, with great solutions to make the most of the spaces. I really have no criticism to make. We will definitely come back.

Ilaria is a perfect and very friendly hostess. She is the best hostess we have had so far. She gave us a lot of information on the most interesting places to visit and things to do. She is a good communicator who quickly responded to our questions. We felt very welcome in her spacious and beautifully renovated apartment, for which she had made the plans and designs herself. The apartment is on the ground floor and is located between the street and the courtyard. It is very comfortable and offers everything you need. The bed is large and very good. We highly recommend this apartment. Thank you so much for your hospitality, Ilaria. We greatly enjoyed our stay in your apartment.

Spacious holiday home with a large bedroom with TV, a modern equipped kitchen with an industrial-style glass wall overlooking a living-room/bedroom with TV, and a bathroom with a much-appreciated walk-in shower. Everything is tastefully furnished with a mix of modern and antique elements and original tiles. Clean and equipped with all amenities. Ilaria, the owner, is very kind and helpful: she pampers you and advises you on the best places to visit and the best restaurants to try. Worth it, we will gladly return. Overall rating 10.

New ground floor apartment with complete and excellent amenities. In an ideal location to reach the center and the lake. The area is very quiet with ample parking space. The welcome is very friendly and the host is very helpful in providing suggestions and advice for the visit and the stay. We really felt at home.
