Our apartment is located in the historic center of the city in the Bicocca area. "La Fortezza Apartment" is a design structure characterized by attention to detail, an elegant and unique residence in the originality of its style.

Surroundings
Travelers staying with us can immerse themselves in the colors and lights of the shopping streets, taste local products thanks to food and wine itineraries, participate in numerous cultural events and unmissable exhibitions, getting lost among museums and exhibition spaces. In the vicinity of our structure, it will be possible to find examples of our heritage and various tourist attractions, sports facilities, and fitness centers to stay fit even on vacation.

Our residence is the perfect location for families who want to find the comforts of their own home in the places they stay, for business and work trips, for a dream vacation in a romantic and discreet environment.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Bellissimo appartamento in zona medio-centro, comodissimo per i mezzi (raggiungibile con la metro rossa), si è in centro città in poche fermate. Francesco, il proprietario è davvero molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo.

Non ho mai incontrato un host più gentile e disponibile di Francesco! Ha saputo accoglierci nel migliore dei modi dandoci consigli su come spostarci nella città e sui posti da visitare. L'appartamento è molto accogliente, pulitissimo e dotato di ogni comfort. Posizione ottima! Ogni volta che tornerò a Milano alloggerò sicuramente nell'Appartamento La Fortezza. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dall'accoglienza e la disponibilità di Francesco che ci ha assecondato ad ogni richiesta durante la nostra permanenza. L'appartamento è un gioiellino non troppo distante da Milano centro, servitissimo di qualunque mezzo e a pochi passi dalla metro rossa. Pulizia impeccabile e dotazione di tutti i comfort necessari. Durante la permanenza abbiamo avuto necessità di lavorare da casa sfruttando senza alcun problema la connessione WIFI. Dati gli orari poco comodi dei voli aerei abbiamo anche sfruttato il servizio navetta per arrivare in aeroporto. Senz'altro torneremo!

Appartamento localizzato ad un passo dalla metro rossa, fondamentale per chi come me vuole muoversi per Milano con dimestichezza e facilità. Struttura nuova e moderna con WiFi e tv. Il gestore è stato super disponibile e gentile, esaudendo ogni mia richiesta. Per chi vuole venire a Milano questa e’ sicuramente un’ ottima soluzione. Consigliato.

Premetto che, il titolare dell'appartamento pur di rintracciarmi personalmente ha contattato tutte le persone che avevano il mio stesso nome. Una volta messi d'accordo sul soggiorno, Francesco è diventato per noi un vero e proprio punto di riferimento per Milano. In occasione del mio compleanno (che coincideva con le date) mi ha anche aiutata, enormemente, a trovare una PRESTIGIOSA e FAMOSA pasticceria nelle vicinanze. Disponibilissimo in tutto, pronto ad aiutarci in qualsiasi momento, Sopportando anche la mia incapacità di gestire alcune cose domestiche. Ad esempio, mi aveva chiesto di mandargli una foto della caldaia, che si trovava sul lavandino della cucina, ma io nella fretta gli ho mandato un mio selfie allo specchio del lavandino del bagno. Rido ancora. Un ragazzo d'oro, abbiamo trovato un vero amico, ci siamo fatte un sacco di risate... voto DIECI!

Abbiamo soggiornato in tre per 4 notti. Appartamento favoloso, moderno, pulitissimo, profumatissimo, molto accogliente, situato vicino la fermata della metro. Ci siamo sentiti da subito a nostro agio soprattutto grazie alla meravigliosa accoglienza del gestore dell'appartamento, Francesco. Si è mostrato disponibile fin dall'inizio e per tutto il nostro soggiorno. Appena arrivati ci ha mostrato l'appartamento, ci ha consigliato I posti da visitare a Milano e nelle vicinanze, ristoranti, la mappa delle metro ecc. Molto simpatico, un amico, il voto che diamo é 10. Appartamento consigliatissimo. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Appartamento completo di tutto, si trova a 350/400 metri dalla fermata della metro, attraverso la quale si può raggiungere qualunque posto. Francesco, il proprietario di casa, è disponibilissimo, simpaticissimo e da molte informazioni su come spostarsi, su cosa vedere a Milano e anche sulla vita notturna. Cos'altro dire.. se dovessi ritornare a Milano saprei già dove andare a dormire!

Esperienza più che positiva. L'appartamento è completo di tutto e soprattutto pulitissimo e ben tenuto. Il gestore di una gentilezza inaudita. Sono davvero felice di aver scelto l'appartamento la fortezza.

Bellissima struttura, dotata di tutti i confort. L appartamento è situato in un ottima posizione, vicinissimo alla stazione metro ed è stato molto facile trovare il parcheggio per la mia macchina. Ad accogliermi ho trovato Francesco, gentilissimo e fin da subito disponibile che mi ha fatto trovare l'alloggio pulito in maniera impeccabile, rifornito inoltre di una abbondante colazione. Struttura che consiglio se volete soggiornare a Milano; tornerò sicuramente.

Appartamento pulito e confortevole, vicinissimo alla fermata metro Villa S. Giovanni sita su viale Monza dalla quale si può raggiungere qualsiasi parte della città. Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole ed inoltre il gestore è molto simpatico disponibile ed attento alle necessità dell'ospite. All'interno dell'appartamento non manca nulla, è arredato con gusto ed inoltre ho trovato una vasta e gustosa colazione. Di sicuro al mio prossimo viaggio a Milano tornerò a soggiornare nell'appartamento. Lo consiglio di sicuro.

Ottimo. Pulizia, arredamento nuovo e carino, tutti i confort che si richiedono (wi-fi tv, cucina fornito di tutto, abbondante colazione, accessori bagno, ecc), posizione tranquilla a circa 300 mt dalla metro, facilità di parcheggio nella zona senza ticket. Consiglio vivamente questo B&B.

Buonissima accoglienza da parte di Francesco che si è rivelato molto cortese, disponibile e gentile. L'appartamento è arredato con gusto giovane e artistico. Molto comoda la posizione, a pochi metri metri dalla metro rossa, che si può raggiungere in 3 minuti a piedi! Wi-fi gratuito Colazione compresa: tè, caffè, succo di frutta, latte, acqua in bottiglia, plum cake, fette biscottate, nutella e marmellate. Davvero nessuna nota negativa, consiglierei a tutti questo appartamento!

Ho appena concluso il mio soggiorno in questo appartamento e non posso che ritenermi soddisfatto! Cercavo un alloggio accogliente, comodo ma sopratutto pulito e funzionale e così è stato! Questo, infatti, oltre che essere dotato dei servizi primari, gode di piccoli ma non irrilevanti accorgimenti, forniti naturalmente dal gestore (puntuale e disponibilissimo), che, in fin dei conti, finiscono col fare la differenza; primi fra tutti la presenza di tutto ciò che serve per una regolare colazione o un veloce spuntino pomeridiano come caffè, latte, tè ecc, o anche phon e accessori per il bagno, utilissimi per chi, come me, non intende portarsi tutto dietro. Inoltre dispone di altri due, a mio avviso utili e validissimi, servizi, ovvero si trova vicino alla fermata della linea M1della metro (5 minuti a piedi) e praticamente al di sopra di un fornito bar. Esperienza positiva, lo consiglio vivamente!
