La Fiocchina Magic Place (countryside farmhouse inside the middle of Garda lake, among water & sky) has about 70, 000 square meters of terraces immersed in the uncontaminated natural park of San Bartolomeo di Salò about 1. 2 km as the crow flies from the Cathedral of Salò, less than 4 km from Salò walking along the old and steep via San Bartolomeo (partly dirt), about 10/15 minutes by car from Salò along the "panoramic" VIA LUCIS, undoubtedly one of the most spectacular streets on the western lake shore.
The structure, in a rural environment, immersed in uncontaminated and not anthropized nature is the ideal place to relax, disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy the peculiarities of the area: nature, history, art, culture, sport, fun, biofood and much more.
Going up from "Via Lucis", undoubtedly a unicum among the most beautiful panoramic roads in western Garda, you reach a magical space, with a breathtaking 360-degree view of almost the entire lake basin - a paradise out of traffic but a few steps from civilization and the main tourist/cultural attractions of the Riviera dei Limoni (western shore of Lake Garda).

I attended the hotel school on Idro Lake and graduated in tourism sciences in Milan, in my family for over 100 years there has been the culture of catering and hospitality (ancient inn trattoria LaMarta - Treviso Bresciano), also for this reason I decided to dedicate myself to NON-conventional crops and the management of the FIOCCHINA magic place, a small, "genuine" farmhouse on Lake Garda between lake and sky with an enviable panoramic view undoubtedly unique

Everything is very nice, but the only thing to point out is that the room adjacent to the mini apartment does not have a bathroom either, and that is not acceptable. If one needs to go at night, one cannot go out and knock on the other room to access the bathroom. It would be enough to create a communicating passage between the two rooms.

A truly spectacular place in the midst of nature with a breathtaking view of Lake Garda, which could be enjoyed directly from the windows and the terrace of the apartment, both with the lights of dawn and those of night. The clean and well-kept apartment, the comfortable beds, and the kitchen with the necessary amenities made this stay pleasant and relaxing. Furthermore, we were able to visit the beautiful locations of Salò, Gardone, the Vittoriale, and Limone sul Garda in the surroundings.
