Description
“La Filanda” provides a quiet and comfortable stay in the historic centre of Brescia. Located in an ancient palace completely restored in 2011, it offers a three types of bedrooms. Each of one is characterized by different dimensions and furniture. Antique furniture is mixed with mirrors and objects found on small markets and with modern design objects.
All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating with an independently regulated thermostat, with internet WI FI connection, with a flat screen television and a safe with basement. For a comfortable welcome of children, a cradle or a small bed is available on request, together with linen, high chair, baby’s bottle warmer.
From “La Filanda”, by a short walk, it is possible to reach the following places: Museo Santa Giulia, the Castle, the place and the town monumental buildings as well as the churches, the most ancient and the most rich of works of art ones. The theatres and the town shopping streets, but also the commercial centre “Freccia Rossa”, can be easily reached.
Moreover the guesthouse is well connected to all the town quarters by means of the town bus network, and it is located at 900 metres from train and bus station, which connects the town to other towns and villages of the province.

Organized and clean structure located in the center of Brescia a few steps from the metro. Abundant breakfast. Excellent hospitality from the manager. The only negative flaw is the cleaning done from 9 in the morning which does not allow you to rest due to the noise as it is still a very small structure.

Nice facility in the city center, too bad for the totally absent parking spaces near La Filanda, you have to park in the paid underground parking lot about 10 minutes away on foot.

The structure is welcoming and centrally located near Piazza della Loggia, ideal for those who want to move around the central area. The manager is nice and friendly. The environment is comfortable and clean. If the double bedroom had been slightly larger, it would have been better. You have the feeling of being at home; this is one of the most interesting aspects, better than this!
