Located in a strategic position, reachable by car and a short walk from the historic center (not accessible by car), the train, bus and metro station (Stazione stop), the civil hospitals, the new courthouse, the departure point of the Historic Mille Miglia and the museum area of Brescia.
Our solutions are completely autonomous and independent, in a context of only a few units, and offer customers who love comfort, the ideal solution for short or long stays.
The one-bedroom apartment type consists of a large living area with a very comfortable double sofa bed, an equipped American kitchen (including crockery), a covered patio ideal for outdoor breakfasts and smokers, a bathroom with shower, a soundproof double bedroom with orthopedic mattresses and a view of a very suggestive and quiet city park.
The studios consist of a large 40 sqm room with an equipped kitchen, a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a covered patio and a parking space.
They are provided with linen, bathroom articles, washing machine, hairdryer, satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet, iron, courtesy line with tea and coffee.
The return is free with flexible arrival and departure times (the structure closes at 9 pm).
On request, and by reservation, it is possible to organize a pastry service with themed cakes for birthdays, anniversaries and celebrations, etc.

Nice and clean apartment with terrace and view over (quiet) public park. Modern kitchen and bathroom. No wi-fi at arrival, but Rosy fixed it immediately. She responds quickly to all your questions. \nI had a pleasant stay and was impressed by Museo Santa Giulia and Capitolium. Lago d’Iseo is a very green area and easily reachable by train.

The apartment is located in a very strategic position with respect to the station and quite close to the city center. It is equipped with everything needed for short and medium stays. The host is very kind. The availability and attention to the needs shown towards the customer during the stay were appreciated. The welcome with breakfast and lunch/dinner products (pasta, coffee, etc. etc.) was very much appreciated. I recommend this property and the host to everyone!

If all the Bed and Breakfasts were like the one at La Fenice, there would be no need for hotels or residences! Although the lady could not be present, she supported (and put up with!) me in a very precise and technological way. Spacious accommodation complete with every accessory especially for those who want to stay for a few days with the use of a kitchen. The location is quite close to the metro and bus stop, not very easy to find especially at night. The private and covered parking is an added value. The accommodation, being located in a quiet area, is very quiet. The website description is accurate. If I were to come back to Brescia, I wouldn't look for alternatives.

Great place! Quiet, close to the train station, clean and very modern and welcoming. Mrs. Rosy was more than helpful and very caring in everything. A mini breakfast included even though it was not expected. Recommended for any need; we had a great time and, if there will be a return to Brescia, La Fenice will always be chosen!

The brand new apartment, complete with all comforts and attention to detail, is located just a few steps from the station, metro, and close to restaurants and shops. The owner is extremely available, very kind, and ready to satisfy every request. Practically everything is perfect. We were sorry to leave.
