It is situated in the Dolci area, a charming hamlet between the municipalities of Ponti sul Mincio and Peschiera del Garda, just 1 km from the shores of Lake Garda and close to major theme parks such as Gardaland, Movieland Park, and Canova World.

Excellent holiday home located in a beautiful residential complex with a swimming pool. The house is equipped with all comforts. Fabio, the owner, was extremely kind and always available for any need. The location is also very convenient: it is close to all the main attractions of Lake Garda and to the towns on its shores. Highly recommended.

We stayed for 5 nights and everything went really well. The place was really great, just like the photos. The pool is shared, but the neighbors are super nice. The host is very responsive and attentive. I recommend it 100% 🤗.

Fabio is an excellent host, attentive and very kind. He made sure everything needed was available and perhaps even more; there really is everything you might need. The apartment is delightful and faces two gardens and a veranda. In addition to impeccable cleanliness, the real strengths are the silence and tranquility. The residence's pool is in perfect condition and never too crowded. I really felt at home and comfortable at every moment of the stay. It is a 5-minute drive from Peschiera but away from the traffic. It is truly an oasis of peace and a strategic point from which to see the beauties of Lake Garda.
