THE PRICE VARIES IN RELATION TO THE PERIOD OF STAY
The living room and kitchen, complete with dishes, are for the exclusive use of the B&B, which is located in a quiet neighborhood. The upper floor is entirely dedicated to guests, separated from the rest of the house with an independent entrance.

Each room has a BATHROOM IN THE ROOM.

The structure is not located in the city center, but I still gave it a 10 because it is very convenient for me as it is close to my friend's house and we used public transportation to get around. Next time in Brescia, this will definitely be my reference point. Thanks again and see you soon.

Excellent location for car and public transport. Beautiful and well-kept house. Private parking in the courtyard. Excellent cleanliness of the premises. Owner kind and not invasive. Quality and price ok. Personally when I have to return to Brescia, it will be my concern to book at the B&B La Chiocciola di Moriana hoping to find a place. Seeing is believing.

The superb rooms, equipped with individual air conditioning, are of impeccable quality. Impeccably clean, they are spacious and equipped with a large bathroom. They are located in a very quiet area. In addition, the owner gave us a warm welcome and remained very available. Nearby restaurants (10 minutes walk) and bus stop 5 minutes away to reach the historic center of Brescia. We were able to park our 5 motorcycles without any problems in the house's courtyard. The quality/price ratio is exceptional.
