• • near to the the historical town centre of Brescia and to the St. Giulia Museum, to which it is directly linked by bus routes 2-7-15, which also arrive at the the railway station.
• at about 500 m. from the BS ovest exit of the Milan-Venice A4 motorway.
• • near the Brixia Expo Fair and the South ring road (Milan-Lake Garda) and West ring road (Industrial zone-Val Trompia)

La struttura non si trova nel centro città, ma ho comunque messo 10 perché per me è comodissima in quanto vicino alla casa della mia amica e per spostarci abbiamo utilizzato i mezzi pubblici.
Al prossimo giro a Brescia sarà sicuramente questo il mio punto di riferimento.

Ottima posizione per gli spostamenti in macchina e con i mezzi pubblici/Casa bella e ben curata/Posto auto privato nel cortile/Pulizia dei locali ottima/Proprietaria gentile e non invasiva/Qualità e prezzo ok.
Personalmente quando dovrò tornare a Brescia sarà mia premura prenotare al B&B La Chiocciola di Marianna sperando di trovare posto. Provare per credere.

Tout ce que l'on peut attendre d'un B&B est là: accueil de qualité avec conseils pertinents sur les alentours, petit déjeuner copieux, propreté et état du logement impeccables, quartier résidentiel calme, parking privatif et tout cela à un prix correct.

Les superbes chambres, équipées d'une climatisation individuelle, sont d'une qualité irréprochable. D'une propreté exemplaire, elles sont spacieuses et dotées d'une grande salle de bain. Elles sont situées dans un quartier très calme. De plus la propriétaire nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et est restée très disponible.
Restaurants à proximité (10 minutes à pied) et arrêt de bus à 5 minutes pour se rendre dans le centre historique de Brescia.
Nous avons pu stationner nos 5 motos sans problème dans la cour de la maison.
Le rapport qualité/prix est exceptionnel.
