The holiday home is located 3 km from the historic center of Como and 4 km from the lakefront.

No welcome on arrival, outdated kitchen equipment. Frying pan without handle and damaged bottom, pot with handle barely holding, no kettle to heat water. Very noisy environment because there is a bar and a restaurant on the ground floor. Shower not very clean.
