The B&B "La cascata negli ulivi" is a small paradise surrounded by 5000 square meters of park with over 100 olive trees, some centuries old, and around 70 citrus trees, lemons, oranges, citron, etc.
It is located just 500 meters from the lake, 2 km from Gargnano, and 4 km from Toscolano. It is 100 meters from Bogliaco Golf. It is a property with a history of over 200 years.
The "Lefà" stream flows through the property, giving a beautiful natural waterfall. Both the garden and the rooms are particularly well-kept.
The Villa is brand new, entirely made of stone, with very thick walls that keep the house very cool without the need for air conditioning.
From many points on the property, there is a splendid view of the lake.
It is a special place, not easy to find, where you can spend unforgettable moments of relaxation immersed in a sparkling and rewarding nature.

Excellent stay in a paradisiacal place with a very kind, attentive, devoted, discreet host. Beautiful spacious rooms with access to a private terrace and a garden with olive trees. A small downside but it did not bother us: no pool. With this unusually hot summer, air conditioning would have been a plus but fortunately the house was relatively cool, although we still felt very hot.

It was very good. Giovanni even came to pick us up because we were lost! His house is very beautiful, very flowery, very clean, magnificent, in a word, we can only recommend it. We would have liked to stay longer! I forgot to mention that the room is very spacious and the terrace is super pleasant, everything was perfect.

Relaxation in a little paradise. I am a television journalist and I was a guest for the first time at Giovanni's B&B to relax for a few days. I was immediately overwhelmed by this beautiful property with a huge park, 100 olive trees, tastefully decorated rooms with a really good mattress and everything else and the private terrace. But these beautiful impressions were then topped when the owner of the B&B, Giovanni, served me the first breakfast on the fantastic terrace overlooking the lake. Giovanni prepares for everyone the breakfast they love the most, in my case even a fresh colorful salad and egg dishes. He, who by the way is a really good musician and singer, is the best host I have ever met in an accommodation. His hospitality, this beautiful location with park and private waterfall - you simply spend a few days in a paradise and return so relaxed that you are already dreaming of the next stay here. P. S. On the same hill there is even a fantastic restaurant with lake view a few hundred meters away! And you can even walk to the port of Bogliaco in 15 minutes.
