La Casa sul Ballatoio is located in a late 19th-century building, a typical expression of old Milan, currently undergoing a renovation project that further enhances its original charm. The property, completely renovated in April 2018, combines the building's historic character with modern comforts and attention to detail, offering a welcoming and functional environment, complete with a national identification code.

The vacation home overlooks a charming flower-filled balcony that, with the passing of the seasons, changes appearance and atmosphere: bright and sunny in spring and summer, bathed in warm colors in autumn, and silently snow-covered in winter. The atmosphere recalls the style of Milan of yesteryear, reinterpreted with contemporary flair to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The apartment is a real gem: well cared for down to the smallest detail. The atmosphere is extremely welcoming, and we immediately felt at home. The location is excellent and the host was very kind and helpful.
