The CasaInLilla is a spacious, bright, warm and welcoming one-bedroom apartment, located on the seventh floor of an elegant building in the northwest of Milan, in the Niguarda neighborhood.
It is located near the Lilla M5 metro stop (from Bignami to San Siro), the trams of lines 5 (from Ospedale Maggiore to Ortica), 4 (from Parco Nord di Niguarda to Cairoli) and 7 (from Precotto to P. le Lagosta) and bus 42 (from Stazione Centrale to Q.re Bicocca).
From here, you can walk to the Ospedale Maggiore di Niguarda or venture into the Parco Nord; by car, in 10 minutes, you can reach the University degli Studi di Milano Bicocca or the Central Station and, by public transport, in half an hour, you can be in Piazza Duomo.
Those who come for work or tourism will appreciate the strategic location of CasaInLilla to move towards the historic center and the main streets of Milan's nightlife.

The approximately 60 square meter apartment consists of a living room, equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
The possibility of a third and fourth bed is offered by the comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
For families with a newborn, it is possible to add a travel cot in the room.
The change of linen and the cleaning of the bathroom are done every three days for longer stays.
Check-in time is from 18:00 to 20:00, while check-out is required by 12:00 on the day of departure.
Children are welcome but pets are not allowed out of respect for guests with allergies.

In the living room: 43" Smart TV and a comfortable sofa bed.
In the kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, plates, glasses, cutlery, and everything you need to cook and enjoy a hot meal; we do not serve breakfast but you will find in the pantry, at your disposal, everything you need to prepare it: milk, tea, coffee, jams, Nutella, honey, butter, fruit juices, and biscuits.

Due to weather conditions we arrived at the apartment with a significant delay, which Massimiliano handled very well and was very helpful. We had a great time at the accommodation. Easy access, nice apartment. We hope we will be able to return again.

Appartamento piccolo e non impegnativo, comunque spazioso per due persone. Dotato di tutti i confort, penso di recente ristrutturazione perché è in stato ottimale, in ottima posizione per prendere la metropolitana. Gestori molto disponibili via messaggio anche durante il soggiorno. Sarà un nostro punto di riferimento per i prossimi soggiorni a Milano.

La casa in Lilla è a due passi dalla fermata della metropolitana Cà Granda e si raggiunge in un quarto d'ora il centro di Milano. Comodi anche autobus e tram.
La casa ha tutto l'occorrente per soggiornare, un piccolo appartamento caldo e accogliente. Pulito e comodo.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso la struttura, in occasione di una partita a San Siro. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la zona perché comoda un po’ a tutto è molto tranquilla. Il gestore è stato molto cordiale e disponibile (in merito all’orario del check in, evitandoci così di dover girare per la città con le valigie). La struttura era moderna e ristrutturata recentemente, dotata delle varie comodità necessarie per il soggiorno.
Nota di merito: il phone aveva un’alta potenza e dotato di diffusore (elemento non scontato).
