La Casa di Ale

Ale's house is located in San Fermo at the end of a private road. The property overlooks a completely agricultural valley that guarantees a stay immersed in the tranquility of nature. It's ideal for families or small work groups who want a peaceful environment surrounded by greenery but at the same time with all the conveniences and proximity to shopping centers, road networks and hospitals. The works of art present are artifacts made through art workshops with children aged 3 to 6 using different teaching methodologies.

It is characterized by spacious and bright spaces, quietness and silence, and the convenience of access and proximity to the major points of interest in the region. Just 5 minutes from the highway, it gives you the opportunity to enter an oasis of peace and tranquility. Free parking is available for guests. The rooms are equipped with everything necessary to accommodate children and infants with equipment, books, and games. Depending on the season, it is possible to have fresh fruit and vegetables from our family's garden every day and fresh eggs every morning. In the kitchen, there is everything needed for breakfast and a meal at any time of the day.

In the bathroom on the ground floor, there is a washing machine and a dryer with detergents. We have a babysitting service on request. The house is located on a small hill and is named Cà Vittoria. It was one of the bases of Giuseppe Garibaldi's regiment between March and May 1859 during the operations to reconquer the city of Como from Austrian domination. The entire property is located in the park of "Spina Verde. "
It is a natural park immersed in a naturalistic and archaeological area of interest for running enthusiasts. The park, easily accessible, is composed of a dense network of paths that allow easy use. The park headquarters is in San Fermo della Battaglia, in the locality of Cavallasca. There are also many accommodation facilities (farmhouses and restaurants) that offer widespread and excellent quality catering throughout the year.

From San Fermo, you can reach the city center in just 14 minutes by car or by using public transport. You can reach the FNM station in Grandate in 5 minutes and take trains to Como center or Milan without having parking problems. (Parking costs only € 1 per day). From Via Imbonati to the entrance to the highway, it is only 5 minutes. From Ale's house, you can walk through the park of "Spina Verde di Lombardia" or reach two stables where you can go horse riding either with American or English riding.
