Description

The Casa del Cuore in Milano Due consists of two accommodations. One has 5 bedrooms (black room, orange room, blue room, light blue room, and rossina room), a kitchen, and a living room, all located on the 6th floor. The other accommodation is located on the 4th floor and includes 3 bedrooms (red room, white room, and pink room).

The accommodations can be easily reached using the two service elevators or stairs.

We are only 100 meters away from the San Raffaele Hospital. You can easily reach us from all over Milan via the green subway line (MM Gobba - MM Udine).

There is a "Shuttle" service available from Linate, Orio al Serio, Malpensa, Central Station, and Garibaldi, directly connected to the structure (at an additional cost with a special price).

Rooms are not available for just one night!
To make a reservation, please call from Monday to Sunday from 8: 30 am to 7: 30 pm.

Free WiFi service is provided.

There is a large common lounge and a fully functional kitchen.

After many phone calls, I managed to find this wonderful bed and breakfast. The owner, Mrs. Betty, and her son Gabriele are kind and helpful people who immediately made us feel at home. The structure is very beautiful and welcoming, equipped with all possible comforts as a true bed and breakfast should be, then located in the beautiful park of Milan 2, surrounded by greenery with a sense of peace and tranquility worthy of praise. Located a stone's throw from San Raffaele Hospital and all stops of both the metro and bus, where you can reach the center of Milan and Milan Linate airport in a few minutes, which is no small thing. Truly a top structure, I highly recommend it without any doubt.

I stayed at La Casa del Cuore a Milano Due for its proximity to San Raffaele Hospital, excellent location! The accommodation leaves much to be desired in terms of furniture (broken bed slats, broken sofas, mishmash of furniture, only the kitchen nothing to say), poor cleanliness, stained curtains, towels that smelled damp. Not to mention the abusive parking spot passed off as a service (once you enter, you can no longer use the car except to leave). Also because the price paid may be fair for similar structures but not for this one. Fortunately, I left the accommodation three days early and was offered a refund equal to half a day, taking advantage of people who are here for health reasons I find it quite shameful and deplorable. Prepayment without asking for documents, receipt issued on plain paper and without header! Position: 10 and praise. Accommodation, cleanliness, etc.: 0 (zero).

Prima di tutto il signor ha lasciato l'alloggio 2 giorni prima e non tre e un giorno gli è stato rimborsato. Il posteggio non è abusivo ma g, i era stato chiaramente spiegato all'entrata come funzionava. Era pulito e confortevole, e di certo non come è stato descritto io ero in vacanza e mio figlio doveva darle la ricevuta ma lui ha preferito prendere il rimborso per poi lamentarsi di tutto. Mi aveva avvisato il b&b che me li aveva mandati.che mi avrebbero creato problemi ma io sbagliando li ho presi. Mi servirà di lezione..

I chose this Bed and Breakfast because it was the closest to the San Raffaele Hospital where my husband was hospitalized. It was a very pleasant discovery. I have a small dog and I was offered the orange room. It is a nice independent room equipped with a fridge and microwave, with a nice bathroom with a washing machine and a splendid terrace. Everything clean and delightfully furnished. The Bed and Breakfast is located in an elegant building 150 meters from the hospital, close to shops, bars, a supermarket, and a pharmacy, immersed in the Milano 2 park. The landlady, Mrs. Betty, is an exceptional person who loves her work, always willing to go the extra mile to meet the needs of her guests. My stay lasted much longer than expected, but the welcome and the quality of the accommodation I found helped make this challenging period more bearable.

Betty is an exceptional, sensitive woman who understands the psychological state in which her guests find themselves. The proximity to the S. Raffaele hospital in fact brings guests here who have a loved one in the hospital. Everyone must face important trials, and sharing among everyone helps to overcome difficult moments. In addition, in the evening Betty comes to ask how things are going, sharing her fears and concerns, but there are also evenings with a bit of good humor. She isn't just a cold B&B manager but a friend. As she told me, and it's true, if I were there we would be friends. I also found another friend there... Everything nice, for breakfast I would perhaps give more choice: milk, butter, cornflakes, yogurt, Nutella and other flavors of jam. In fact, I went to the bar, but it's okay. I would make a note about the b&b Swans: dirty and uncomfortable with a trickle of water in the bathrooms, loft accessible to children often unable to respond. The manager does not show the reviews for this reason.

The location is excellent, just a three-minute walk from the hospital. The rooms are cozy, beautiful, clean, and warm. The parking is also great. There is the possibility to cook and use the washing machine. I had the opportunity to meet wonderful people with whom I formed friendships and shared joys and sorrows. In an emergency situation, I found myself needing to find a room for a relative that was nearby and easily accessible from the San Raffaele Hospital. After many searches, I was very fortunate to have found and contacted Betty who manages the B&B La Casa del Cuore. With no available rooms left at the B&B, she offered me an independent room. Hesitant due to a previous negative review, before booking I personally inspected the property. It is located two minutes' walk from the hospital, a simple and clean room with all the essentials for this situation (private entrance, private bathroom, microwave, and refrigerator). I couldn't ask for more, and I also found Betty to be a helpful and understanding person in these situations. Heartfelt thanks.

Positive reviews may concern the B&B with all the "little hearts" you see in the pictures, but it's not a given that you will sleep there! I fear that the negative reviews concern the same experience I had! Without explaining the differences between her 'Serie A' and 'Serie B' accommodations, she made me sleep in a friend's apartment. Dirty, with a bathroom that smelled musty, no heating, with the tenants upstairs shouting, a continuous coming and going of cars (the room faced the street). Nights of nightmare! Never slept so little and poorly in my life. When I pointed out my perplexities about the poor management to the landlady, I was told that the important things are the successful heart interventions, everything else is nonsense. But it's precisely because we are there to support our loved ones that we need rest and calm. The situation was already difficult, but the stay, and I add the always rude and unhelpful tone of the lady, made it an experience to never repeat! I believe that those who do not know or do not want to deal with other people should change jobs.

Questa recensione come ammette il signore nn è sul B&B della casa del cuore ma bensì su una camera di un amica e il signore era stato avvisato, poteva nn accettare ed invece mi ha chiesto un altro giorno La camera era pulita e semplice e il riscaldamento era centralizzato, ciò nonostante ho portato un piumino quando mi è stato chiesto, per i rumori nn è certo colpa mia e nessuno si è mai lamentato, ho cercato di accontentare o in tutto ciò che era possibile visto che ogni giorno mi mandava messaggi per richieste, ho cercato di sdrammatizzare dicendole che l importante era andasse bene L operazione della fidanzata ma sono stata fraintesa.peccato davvero avergli dato una camera di un amica, sarebbe stato meglio dirgli che nn avevo posto.

It's the second time I come back to this B&B, together with my father who needs treatment at San Raffaele (located a hundred meters from the property). I was impressed by the kindness and friendliness of the owner. The room, with an en-suite bathroom, was very spacious and clean. Equally clean the common areas (large lounge), free WiFi and the possibility to use the shared kitchen, also equipped with a dishwasher and microwave. I can only recommend it, so much so that I will return in January.

I arrived in Milan in the summer with my daughter because she needed to undergo specific visits and therapies. Initially, we were disoriented, but thanks to the welcome of 'La Casa del Cuore a Milano Due', we felt almost as if we were at home. 'La Casa del Cuore a Milano Due', besides offering you a bed to sleep in, gives you serenity and human warmth. If you go to 'La Casa del Cuore a Milano Due', besides finding humanity, you will find hygiene and cleanliness, moreover, you have the possibility to reach in a few minutes not only the San Raffaele hospital, but all the services you need for your stay: supermarkets, pharmacy, bank, tobacconist, and shops in general. Special thanks to the owner Mrs. Betty and all her collaborators. The above is evidenced by the fact that periodically my daughter and I return to Milan and stay at 'La Casa del Cuore a Milano Due'.

Structure very close to San Raffaele Hospital (5 minutes on foot), clean and with all the necessary comforts (wifi, air conditioning and use of the kitchen for lunch or dinner). The already excellent picture is completed by the not high price and the availability of the owner.

I stayed at this Bed and Breakfast because my husband was hospitalized for surgery at San Raffaele Hospital. Upon arrival, I was sad and scared, but once inside, I found a welcoming, clean, and tidy environment, filled with human warmth, both from Betty, the host, and the housemates with whom we shared our problems. Betty pampers all her guests with sweet words and hugs. The house has everything you need, it is located in a green neighborhood, but less than five minutes on foot from San Raffaele Hospital. Can you believe that my husband and I used to wave at each other from the windows of our rooms.

Dirty, dirty, dirty rooms. From San Raffaele Hospital it's about 750 meters away, and if someone waves, from the window of the bed and breakfast room, the relative at the hospital window will have bought a telescope with a mega zoom. The owner is kind to those she knows, but she wasn't with me. And then everything is done in cash, she gives a receipt that is just a piece of paper worth nothing. And she wants the money in advance. Casa del Cuore? House of speculating on other people's problems. Try it to believe it.

Cara Paola, ribadisco che dal mio B&B dalla finestra si vedono le camere del staff, io quando ho partorito il terzo figlio gli altri due bambini con il papà mi hanno salutato proprio dalla finestra.e si raggiunge in 5 minuti a piedi, le nostre camere sono sempre curate e pulite, la ricevuta fiscale la consegno prima che l ospite parta, ma noi nn ci siamo nemmeno salutate, io lavoro semplicemente, senza speculare su nessuno e se posso cerco anche di aiutare ovvio che quelli come dice lei che sono già venuti più volte ho più confidenza, mi spiace se con lei nn sono stata gentile, come afferma, mi prendo in prestito una sua frase. I have read many reviews but none do justice to this fabulous property. I was booking for my parents and needed to be close to San Raffaele and I didn't believe it was really a 5-minute walk away. My parents really greeted each other from the window. Furthermore, the area is very well served and the house is furnished in the smallest details. From the sweet treats for breakfast to the duvets with matching little hearts to the furnishings, dishes, appliances, everything recalls hearts and this makes the property a welcoming and clean "dollhouse". Also, the property has a fantastic shuttle service (thank you to the driver). In short, seeing is believing and thank you so much for pampering my parents in such a delicate moment.\n\nA heart from Puglia.

From September 2015 until today, my wife has had to undergo two surgeries and several checks at San Raffaele. For this reason, I had to stay at 'La Casa del Cuore a Milano Due', a structure very close to the hospital, welcoming, where you can breathe a familiar and comfortable atmosphere, all thanks to the kindness and availability of Mrs. Betty. I also want to thank the cleaning staff for their kindness. In conclusion, I want to say that 'La Casa del Cuore a Milano Due' leaves you with a lot of love and humanity inside.

I had to stay at the Casa del Cuore due to my mother's hospitalization at San Raffaele. Ms. Betty is a lovely person, always available whenever needed. It is not true, as someone wrote, that Casa del Cuore is far from the hospital; it is an understatement to say it's close. During my mother's first week of hospitalization, I could wave to her from the bathroom window. The premises of the structure are well equipped and clean, the kitchen is available to cook anything and prepare breakfast, my room is clean with a very spacious bathroom, and having access to the washing machine, I had space to hang the washed clothes. Every time I requested bath linen upon my return to the room, I always found it. If I were to come back to this area (hopefully not for San Raffaele), I would have no problem calling Betty. N.B. At the end of my stay, I was given the tax receipt for the entire amount.

Attracted by the good reviews found online and unfortunately disregarding the negative ones, I ended up at La Casa del Cuore in Milano Due. The B&B is not 50 meters away as stated on the website but 500 meters away, along a very busy road with trees on both sides (so no one can claim to have waved to a relative at the hospital from the B&B window, because it's impossible). The rooms have very small bathrooms, uncomfortable, small and dirty beds. Towels are not changed for 6 days, and the owner was not kind to me at all, maybe it was my fault. In short, unfortunately my wife will have to return to San Raffaele in September, but I will go somewhere else to sleep. The prices are low, but appropriate for what is received.

A Bed and Breakfast 4 real minutes from San Raffaele Hospital. Betty, the very kind lady who manages the structure, is an angel, she immediately showed herself to be very helpful, to the point that upon our arrival in Milan, not being familiar with the area, she came to meet us by car to our destination. The environment is clean and welcoming, excellent value for money, I was really satisfied. Unfortunately, due to necessity, I had to return home, but I left my mother who does nothing but confirm day after day the excellent professionalism of the staff and the great location of the accommodation. I highly recommend it.

Ms. Betty prioritizes the human factor, treating you as a person and not a number. Since almost all of us are here for serious health problems, finding someone who listens to you and helps you meet your needs, because in the hospital you know when you enter and you don't know when you leave, at a truly fair price is priceless! The hospital is really right in front, very close, you can go back on foot several times a day and being able to use the kitchen and washing machine daily is essential and very convenient, in addition to the atmosphere of comfort and collaboration that is felt. Thank you, Betty, for everything. My husband will have to undergo checks and I will definitely come back to you.

I was fully satisfied, a clean and tidy room with a TV and balcony. All the essential services are available, kitchen, washing machine, ironing, etc. I am hospitalized at S. Raffaele and from the window of my room I can wave to my wife who comes out on the balcony. The building is very close to the hospital, for the pedestrian route, my wife takes only 5 minutes. But what gave me the most satisfaction is the kindness and availability of the owner, in the hospital you know when you enter but you never know when you will leave, I doubled the expected stay before hospitalization. The lady was good at finding solutions so that my wife could keep the room, even though she had already booked it for another guest.

I have read truly false reviews, probably the competition speculating around the S. Raffaele hospital wants to discredit Betty's B&B. My mom and I, who are still staying today, are having a great time. It is close to the hospital, it is clean and not least the prices are more than fair. So I recommend to those who unfortunately like us have to stay close to our loved ones to stay at La Casa del Cuore.\n\nP.S: the homemade cakes for breakfast are delicious.

I stayed at this B&B for two and a half months to assist my husband at San Raffaele and I had a great time. Everything is really perfect: room cleanliness, breakfast, kitchen use. I didn't find any faults, and my review is definitely valuable, as this B&B has become like my home. The owner is really good, takes care of all the details in an exaggerated way. There is nothing missing in the house; you can come with just your clothes because everything is there. And if there is something you need and it's not there, the owner will provide it within 1 day. Being alone, the owner was very close to me, trying to entertain me during my free hours. Inside the house, a friendship atmosphere with the other guests is immediately created, making the difficult journey feel lighter. It is also very close; I timed it at 4 minutes and 30 seconds to the entrance of pavilion D.

We stayed at La Casa del Cuore in November 2015 and today, having to return to Milan, we turned without any doubt again to Betty, the sweet and very kind owner. The location is really convenient: a stone's throw from San Raffaele and well connected to the center of Milan. Excellent cleanliness and general conditions of the property, both of the common areas, such as the kitchen, and the rooms, where everything is taken care of in detail. Our room had a bathroom en suite and a beautiful balcony. Mrs. Betty does everything to make guests comfortable and especially to accommodate all requests. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. We had a great time, not only for the conditions of the B&B and the excellent value for money, but for the welcoming and familiar atmosphere, which made our stay easier and more serene. What can I say: this B&B is truly La Casa del Cuore a Milano Due.

I had the fortune to stay at Casa del Cuore in the blue room for the entire period when my son had to stay at San Raffaele Hospital. The proximity to the hospital allowed me to regain strength every time I could move away from my son. The comfort of the structure and the atmosphere created by Betta gave me serenity and the push to help my son in this difficult time. The people, the hospitality, the cleanliness, and the availability were excellent. I found a place where warmth, human aspect, and logistic aspect are both wonderfully taken care of.

I stayed at Casa del Cuore for almost the entire month of December and I am very sorry to read things that I cannot verify. My room at the owner's house I found clean and cared for down to the smallest detail, I was aware that it was not made up daily but for me it was not a problem, especially considering the excellent price. Every morning the cleaning lady, Enza in a red uniform, cleaned the kitchen, living room, and bathroom, restocking everything for breakfast and I never ran out of milk or anything else, also because in the living room there is a cupboard with supplies, accessible to everyone. I saw the photocopier at the entrance and I don't know if it was working, but I am sure that asking the lady would have been enough to be satisfied. Since I could see that for any problem or request she was always available even beyond her duties, and if there is an atmosphere of solidarity in the house, it is also because she managed to make us feel at home. In a month, I will have to return... and my stay at Casa del Cuore will make me feel less burdened by the situation I will have to face, I recommend it to all simple-hearted people, given that it is family-run.

I arrived at La Casa del Cuore in Milan and I was very tired, I hadn't slept for many days and didn't know anyone, but I was immediately welcomed by Mrs. Betty. She introduced me to all the guests of La Casa del Cuore and herself explained some precautions to take to not confuse my things with those of other guests. I was scared at the idea of touching something wrong or breaking something because everything was taken care of in detail. I don't know how, but I had forgotten the reason for my stay in Milan. I wasn't there for Expo; I was coming out of San Raffaele Hospital, where I had spent several nights on the couch at my husband's bedside. After a shower that removed that unpleasant smell you feel in the hospital only when you are admitted or have admitted a family member, I lay down on the bed and collapsed. I was afraid, I didn't know anyone, I was alone in a big city, but now everything was decided: the 13th of July, the surgery and afterwards... maybe the afterwards... I didn't want to think about it. It was very hot that week, but I was happy and I had found a human being who understood everything about me without even introducing myself. They helped me in difficult moments, along with the other guests, to overcome all difficulties with joy and a willingness to face everything with a smile. Now I am at home with my family and I feel the need to say thank you to Mrs. Betty and all the staff; I don't remember everyone's name, but surely you all will remember mine. At that moment, you were my family, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Warm, very close to San Raffaele, nice furnishings, clean and welcoming like a large family's home. The kitchen is very useful, usable at any time! The cleaning ladies are nice, there is a lot of friendship and mutual moral support for the hospital's family members. And remember, for those booking, that it is a home, not a hotel! And as in all homes, coexistence is difficult if there is no mutual understanding.

The location is excellent, very close to San Raffaele and therefore very convenient for anyone who needs to go to this hospital for any reason. Unfortunately, there is only one bathroom (which is clean and well maintained) for four rooms, and this was not clearly specified on the website. The room was not very clean (dust on the furniture, a dirty glass lying around). The lady who manages is very stressed and therefore not very available: we hope she can rest and relax a bit more. The atmosphere of mutual help that is created among the guests is excellent.
