Brand new lovely 50sqm apartment. In a very central position of Neighborhood PORTA ROMANA at just 150 meters from Porta Romana METRO STATION. Excellent solution also for reaching the Bocconi University area.

The apartment is located on the 1st "high" floor of a private building complex, accessible by lift. Despite the central location, it is very quiet and noiseless.
To facilitate flexibility in check-in times, an electronic lock system has been set up.
At 150 meters from the apartment, you reach the Porta Romana Metro stop, while nearby there are numerous paid parking lots, restaurants, gyms, pharmacies and parks.

Vous cherchez un appartement fonctionnel, propre, calme, à 150 mètres du métro pour le duomo, à 200 mètres du trame pour les canaux, avec un accueil au top et un propriétaire sympathique? Et bien ne cherchez plus, c'est ici. Une perle!
Nous étions en famille, 2 adultes et un ado de 13 ans et en voiture. Aucun problème! L'appartement est refait à neuf. Simone a été au petit soin et est resté très disponible. Il nous a aidé à trouver une place gratuite pour notre voiture. Bref un séjour dans cette très belle ville de Milan qui restera dans nos meilleurs séjours.

Abbiamo soggiorno in questa struttura per 3 giorni. La posizione è super centrale a 3 minuti a piedi dalla metro che consente di raggiungere ogni luogo facilmente. La casa è completamente nuova, confortevole e pulita. Simone il gestore della struttura è una persona garbata, gentile e super disponibile. La consiglio vivamente a chiunque, anche per soggiorni più lunghi. Impeccabile.
