This is a brand-new, recently renovated 65sqm apartment located just 50 meters from the Porta Romana Metro Station and its renowned Thermal Center. From the balcony, you can enjoy a splendid view of the Spanish Walls and the Thermal Center. It's also an excellent solution for reaching the Bocconi University area (900m) and ASST Pini (1. 200m) and Policlinico (1. 200m). You can easily walk to the main points of interest in the city, such as Piazza del Duomo just 2 km away or the Navigli.
There are numerous restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity, making it an ideal location suitable for all needs.
The apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed and a huge wardrobe, a fully equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom with a shower, a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer, a living area with a smart TV and a sofa bed, a coffee machine, an external balcony, and fiber WIFI. It has a dishwasher, Nespresso, microwave, smart access, and every comfort.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a private building easily accessible by elevator with porter service from 9: 00 am to 5: 30 pm on weekdays.

A well-kept and pleasant place, quiet, with all comforts. In a central area of Milan with nearby public transport and services: shops, supermarkets, pharmacies all within walking distance. Good bars and restaurants all around. Teatro Carcano close by. Owners prompt and caring in managing every step for a warm welcome. Also appreciated the waste recycling. I will definitely come back!

I stayed in this property for 3 nights and I had a great time. The house is located in a strategic position, convenient to reach any place you want to visit. There are two supermarkets near the house and the proximity to the subway is definitely a plus. I will definitely come back. The owner is a helpful person who is always ready to help you with anything.
