The B&B is very pleasant and original, it has a lot of charm. It is located a few steps from a Metro station, from which you can reach every place in Milan. Stefania is a fantastic person, very friendly and helpful, attentive and with good advice.

We really enjoyed our stay at K34 Milano. Stefania was a great hostess. She has a great personality and she likes to take care of her guests. It seemed that this is not her business but her hobby. She will have the breakfast ready every day for us. She will chat and guide us to the places we can go sightseeing. Needless to say, we very much enjoyed our stay there and will strongly recommend to all.

This was a great place to stay for my trip to Italy. Stefania adds the personal touch to hospitality in taking good care of guests. This is also a great location, near the metro and a bus can take you to Milano Centrale, yet not a busy neighborhood. I did many trips around Italy using the trains from Centrale so it was very convenient and comfortable for me.

We had a beautiful sharing experience with Mrs. Stefania. The room, located in a quiet area, was very cute, lovely, and well-maintained, with an attached bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. However, what really made the difference was the kindness and availability of the owner, whom we want to thank.

Stefania provides an exceptional B&B experience in central Milan. Very accessible with good metro access to the city centre and within walking distance to good restaurants and the aperitivo scene. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and private. Stefania kindly greeted us with an afternoon coffee (much appreciated after a busy drive in from Brescia) and went on to provide excellent advice on the local areas to walk and visit. Without her counsel, we might not have found our excellent restaurant selection that evening. Her breakfast is fresh and ample, served with cheerful banter and conversation. It's a shame that we could only stay the one night! Recommended.

K34 Milano is an absolutely fabulous place to stay when visiting Milan! Stefania is the BEST host - very pleasant, welcoming, friendly, and so kind. I stayed here in May 2023 for a week and immediately felt I was staying at my home away from home. The Lilla room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean - every single day. The en-suite bathroom looked new and had everything I needed. Stefania answered many questions about Milan and Italy. She is the “hostess with the mostest!” And she spreads out the most bountiful and delicious Italian continental breakfast! I could not believe all the choices and it tasted absolutely delicious. I kept exclaiming, “This tastes SO good!” \nThe location is easy walking distance to a grocery store, the very clean and efficient subway, a wonderful pizza shop across the street, and a lively and fun restaurant district. \n\nThis B&B is a gem! The price is quite reasonable for the fabulous accommodations and location. I appreciated the air conditioning, the safe neighborhood, the cozy mattress, and the wonderful location. In addition, the gated garden in the yard outside is a gardener’s delight! I was able to see and do so much in Milan because of the location, the rate, and the fabulous host. I consider Stefania a dear friend. I will definitely be back and stay longer next time!

Stefania is a great host, she welcomed us with cold drinks and was lovely, chatty, and friendly. She recommended places to eat and let us leave our bags while we went sightseeing. Breakfast was delicious too with something for every taste. The location is good - just a couple of minutes' walk from a metro station, and it was easy to find. We had the room with the mezzanine level which was perfect for 2 adults and a teenager.

The structure is in a strategic location, even more so if you come to Milan for a concert: it is close to the metro, a few stops from the Central Station and only 900 meters from the Alcatraz, easily reachable on foot. The area is very quiet, traffic noise practically absent. And the welcome from Mrs. Stefania was splendid, I can only recommend this b&b!

The structure is very beautiful and welcoming. A beautiful house and the lilac room where we were, with the en-suite bathroom, and a small elegant loft, spacious, bright, beautifully furnished. Everything very comfortable, precise and very clean. Also very comfortable for three people. \nOur host was helpful and very kind, she allowed us to park the car in the courtyard, and to check-in and check-out according to our needs, giving us full autonomy. She welcomed us for breakfast with interesting chats and fresh coffee prepared by her: breakfast with good quality packaged products, toast, excellent jam (the plum one was special!), fresh fruit, coffee, cereals, yogurt, rusks and pastries. \nWe had a great time, for a romantic getaway or for work, it's a place where you would like to stay or come back. \nThe location is close to the Metro so very convenient to move around Milan. The area around is well equipped with various services.

I stayed only one night at Stefania's place with my partner and I was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and comfort of the house. The room is located in a very cute building just steps away from the Zara metro station, close to the train station. It is easy to reach, on foot, also the Isola area, with restaurants and bars. We slept in the loft area and the room was spacious, quiet, warm, and welcoming. Everything, including the bathroom, was spotlessly clean and well organized. Stefania joined us for breakfast, which was plentiful and delicious. If we were to return to Milan we will definitely choose it, and we will certainly recommend it!

The stay at the b&b K34 Milano was perfect! The place is delightful: a 1920s villa perfectly renovated with a beautiful tree-lined garden, comfortable, extremely clean, warm rooms equipped with everything. Abundant and quality breakfast. Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti in questa struttura a pochi passi dalla metro Zara, siamo stati benissimo, struttura nuova con posto auto interno, colazione abbondante, camera bella e pulita ma ciò che ci ha colpito maggiormente è stata la gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria, già all'atto della prenotazione ci ha dato diverse informazioni utili per il nostro soggiorno, ci ha fatto sentire come a casa, è stato davvero piacevole scambiare con lei due chiacchiere nel momento della colazione, sicuramente ci sarà in futuro un nuovo soggiorno a Milano torneremo da lei.

Bel villino in posizione tranquilla e ottimamente collegato. Stefania, la proprietaria, è una persona meravigliosa, ti fa sentire come a casa. Siamo stati accolti e seguiti dalle attenzioni della proprietaria e dal suo calore familiare che ha fatto sì che non ci mancasse nulla. La camera si trova in una bella villetta singola che ha mantenuto, rinnovandole, le caratteristiche della vecchia struttura offrendo anche un posto auto nel giardino interno. Comodissima la posizione, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla più vicina stazione della metro, che ha facilitato la visita in giorni di vento e pioggia.

Excellent place to stay, definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Milan. It was located really close to the subway but we chose to walk everywhere as it was all walkable. Stefania was an amazing host allowing us to check in early, greeting us with coffee and was so helpful in her advice on what to do in the city. The room was great and the breakfast was delicious. We loved our stay!

Una bellissima sorpresa! Camera ampia su due livelli con mansarda molto spaziosa e soprattutto silenziosa. Letto matrimoniale molto comodo, abbiamo dormito davvero bene. Il bagno della nostra camera ("Gialla") era ubicato esternamente alla camera ma è privato. Ho apprezzato la funzionalità della doccia. La prima colazione, ricca e variegata, ho apprezzato in particolare la torta di cioccolato fatta in casa e i vari di tipi di miele bio. Ed infine un plauso alla simpaticissima titolare, disponibile e attenta alle nostre esigenze. Prezzo non economicissimo ma decisamente valido per la qualità percepita, soprattutto se comparato ai prezzi di Milano. Consigliatissimo.

Abbiamo pernottato in una accogliente struttura. Comoda e pulitissima. La stessa è situata a pochissimi minuti dalla Clinica Humanitas Pio X e dalla fermata della metro che sono raggiungibili a piedi. La titolare ci ha accolti con cordialità e simpatia fornendoci utili indicazioni per gli spostamenti e per i locali in cui cenare.

Très bon séjour chez Stéfania. Nous avons vraiment eu l'impression d'être reçu dans notre famille. Toujours disponible, la maîtresse de maison nous a réservé le meilleur des accueils. Excellent emplacement, (à deux pas de la station de métro ZARA, puis à quelques stations du Duomo), stationnement sécurisé dans la propriété pour notre véhicule. Confort, propreté, délicieux petits déjeuners, gentillesse de notre hôtesse, nous ayant suggéré des visites hors des sentiers battus, et conseillé d'excellents restaurants. Tout fut absolument parfait. Adresse à recommander absolument.

Il gestore: la signora Stefania trasmette immediatamente ai suoi ospiti una sensazione di familiarità. Vi dà il benvenuto davanti al cancello di casa se avverte il vostro arrivo. Ciò contribuisce a far sentire meno la nostalgia di casa e a rendere più gradevole la permanenza. La colazione è preparata in base alle esigenze dell'ospite. La struttura: Camera ampia e confortevole, ben riscaldata nel periodo invernale. Collocazione ottima. A pochi passi dalla fermata Zara della M dove si incrociano ben due linee. Inoltre dopo una passeggiata di 15 minuti ci si trova nel quartiere Isola ricco di locali e pizzerie di ottima qualità e dove è possibile visitare la famosa Piazza Gae Aulenti.

Plus que satisfaits des services qui nous ont été réservés au B&B K43 ! Venus pour un long weekend en couple sur Milan, nous avons logé dans la chambre en mezzanine. En termes de rangements, salle de bain, literie, proximité avec les lignes 3 et 5 (station Zara), tout l'équipement répondait à nos besoin. Stefania tient à faire vivre l'esprit B&B sous son toit. Ce qui nous a amené à partager plus d'un moment à table en compagnie d'autres convives. L'occasion de faire de belles rencontres et de partager sur les visites de la ville. Chambres d'hotes bien situées près du métro, au calme. Chambre assez grande pour 3 personnes, salle de bains un peu petite. Possibilité de garer sa voiture dans la cour. È stata una bellissima esperienza. La struttura è molto carina, curata in dettaglio, la posizione è comoda. Si trova molto vicino alla fermata di metropolitana in una zona tranquilla e poco trafficata. In camera si trova tutto di ciò si può aver bisogno: dalle pantofole al bollitore. La padrona di casa è molto cordiale, sorridente, attenta e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Grazie di cuore Stefania. Assolutamente consigliato.

La posizione, vicinissima ad una fermata della metro, è comodissima per qualunque tipo di visita alla città. Ho trovato una stanza ampia e comoda e dall'aspetto grazioso; oltre agli ovvi letti e armadio, ci si trova anche un divano, un frigo bar e un bollitore con te e caffè a disposizione. La via in cui si trova è molto tranquilla ed il sonno non è stato disturbato da nessun rumore esterno per nessuna delle 3 notti. La colazione offerta è varia e decisamente abbondante! Ottima anche la connessione WiFi. Ma la parte del leone la fa la padrona di casa, spesso presente in casa, oltre che per le colazioni in compagnia degli ospiti, cordiale, disponibile senza invadenza e sempre sorridente: un deciso miglioramento per qualsiasi tipo di visita possiate fare!

Vivo a Bologna da tanti anni. Ho raggiunto a Milano mia madre a causa del ricovero di mio padre al San Pio. Dalla stazione centrale a dieci minuti di passeggiata piacevole sono arrivata al k34. la zona è la migliore nelle vicinanze della stazione. la struttura la ribattezzerei "la primavera di Milano" un grazioso giardinetto con un gazebo dove poter passare i dieci minuti di pausa in pieno relax. Le stanze sono organizzate meticolosamente, entrambe le stanze hanno il bagno privato. Mi ha colpito tanto l'estrema pulizia di tutti gli ambienti e i comfort per tutto! Minifrigo in camera, bollitore, kit di tè caffè e tutto l'occorrente per una colazione come a casa, biancheria del bagno perfetta, asciugacapelli, pantolofine usa e getta. Insomma a me non è mancato nulla, un grande dispiacere nell'andare via. Ma Il cuore del k34 ha un viso, un sorriso e un umanità rara, il suo nome è Stefania. Non è una padrona di casa.. e una mamma! E stata la migliore esperienza tra tutte. Con la sua semplicità attenzione e rispetto è riuscita a farci. vivere uno splendido soggiorno malgrado il motivo del viaggio. Insuperabile!

B&B curato nei minimi particolari. Fiori, piccolo spazio verde con gazebo, libreria e camere molto caratteristiche con un arredamento top. Colazione varia e abbondante. Zona semi-centrale, metro a 300 metri e vicino al quartiere Isola (locali, ristoranti). Siamo state a Milano in occasione della mostra "Real bodies". Ciò che abbiamo trovato al K34 è stato calore umano e il sentirsi a casa. Stefania ha un modo di fare che conquista: disponibile, cordiale e mai invadente. Per quanto riguarda la camera è grande, pulita, ha tutto il necessario, con letto comodissimo per un sonno perfetto. Durante la colazione la mattina successiva (all'italiana, abbondante e varia), Stefania si è intrattenuta con noi chiacchierando come si fa tra amiche la domenica mattina davanti ad un caffè. Trovare empatia di questi tempi è sempre più raro: bello trovare qualcuno che prenda a cuore lo stato d'animo che si ha in un certo momento e lo sappia accogliere senza giudicare. Un posto dove è di moda ancora il condividere e dove la condivisione arricchisce. Non mancherò di consigliarlo, sperando di trovare occasioni per tornarci.

Sono una milanese che vive all'estero ormai da tanti anni, quindi questa vacanza significava sopratutto rivedere i miei amici e la mia città completamente trasformata, era importante trovare un posto giusto dove stare, per la posizione e per i servizi, e naturalmente anche per il prezzo. Devo dire che senza ombra di dubbio ho fatto un'ottima scelta che consiglio a tutti quelli che per qualsiasi motivo devono o vogliono visitare la mia città. il K34 è ottimo, vicino a due linee di metro, tram, a due passi dal quartiere isola, il Blue Note, insomma perfetto, ma non solo parliamo della struttura, dei servizi della pulizia, tutto ciò si deve a Stefania, una magnifica anfitriona, simpatica e attenta, ti fa sentire come a casa di un'amica dal minuto uno, per non parlare poi delle mitiche colazioni "da campioni", della chiacchierata in giardino, insomma sono arrivata da cliente e me ne sono andata da amica, grazie Stefania! tornerò senz'altro.

Ho soggiornato presso il K 34 per 2 notti con le mie figlie ed una loro amica. Siamo state stupendamente ben accolte dalla signora Stefania, padrona attenta ai particolari, alla cura dell'ospite e della sua struttura e ad ogni esigenza che si presentasse all'ospite. Avevo scelto questa struttura per la vicinanza all'Alcatraz, dove le ragazze sono andate ad un concerto, per il colore e la cura degli arredi e per la posizione, confortata pure dalle ottime recensioni che condivido pienamente. Mi sono sentita veramente a casa, pur essendoci 800 km di distanza, pure la simpatia e l'umanità di Stefania con la quale ho fatto delle bellissime chiacchierate. Come hanno detto le mie figlie alla partenza, ho trovato un'amica milanese che mi salutava come una vecchia amica. Quando ritornerò a Milano saprò già dove andare.

Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare al B&B K34, eccellente sotto ogni profilo. Innanzitutto, ottimi collegamenti con il centro città, la fermata della metro è a poche centinaia di metri. La struttura è molto piacevole e, al contempo, realmente accogliente. Ogni dettaglio viene personalmente curato dalla titolare, e ciò assicura l'estrema cura nel servizio che viene reso al cliente. La stanza è ampia, confortevole e provvista di ogni tipo di supporto possa essere necessario a chi vi alloggia. Il buon gusto connota questa struttura, non solo per gli arredi, ma anche per l'ospitalità che viene resa. La titolare parla correntemente diverse lingue, dunque consiglio il B&B anche a chi viene dall'estero. Non mancherò di soggiornare al K34 nelle prossime occasioni. Giudizio davvero eccellente.

This is a gem of a B&B not only a short walk from the central train station but owned and run by the wonderful Stefania. she is what this place is all about, it is an oasis within mediocrity in this sector. the welcome was fantastic after a long travelling day and her travel guide experience invaluable. Ok it might take 45 minutes or so to walk to the Duomo but this is Milan and there are plenty of things to see along the way. if you want to just get to the city then the metro is less than 5 minutes walk. The room was a home from home with lovely touches here and there that made such a difference to simply 'staying' and enjoying an experience. By Italian (and many other countries) standards the breakfast was a veritable feast. If you left there hungry then it is your fault not Stefanias, such choice and freshness. it set us up for the days roaming in this fascinating of cities. Thank you Stefania the only down side was we had to leave so soon, but hope to be back. Adrian and Jane.

Servizi da hotel e ospitalità calda di casa. Le camere sono spaziose, ben arredate, con biancheria e set bagno completi e di qualità (manopola, salvietta, viso, bagno e accappatoio!). Colazione con grande varietà di frutta, yogurt, cereali, brioches, miele, marmellate e cioccolato. La casa è a due passi dalla Metro linea rossa e linea lilla. Da qui raggiungi a piedi il bellissimo centro direzionale di piazza Gae Aulenti (meno di 15 minuti), con una bella curiosa passeggiata attraverso il quartiere Isola si raggiunge (in poco meno di 1 ora) la pinacoteca. Ultimo e più importante di tutto, qui sarete coccolati da Stefania, proprietaria splendida che racchiude in sé uno straordinario mix di qualità dell'accoglienza, discrezione e simpatia.

Situato a soli 300mt da ben due linea di metropolitana (la gialla e la lilla) e a 15 minuti a piedi dalla nuovissima Piazza Gae Aulenti e al quartiere Isola, questo B&B è situato in una deliziosa palazzina con un giardino interno dove, tempo permettendo, viene servita la ricca colazione (brioches, biscotti, succhi, frutta, yogurt, latte, cereali, marmellate, vari tipi di tè, caffè). Camera, con bagno privato, pulita, luminosa, spaziosa e con aria condizionata. Il punto di forza naturalmente è Stefania, la proprietaria, gentile, disponibile e attenta a qualsiasi richiesta (di solito non c’è nemmeno il tempo di chiedere). Una bella esperienza che consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che vogliono soggiornare in un ambiente caldo e familiare con un ottimo rapporto quialità/prezzo.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo pernottato dal 26 Agosto 2015 per 3 notti, in questo delizioso e tranquillo B&B K34. Pulitissimo e tenuto benissimo, stanza, con tendaggi azzurro, abbinate alla coperta, che ti rilassa, e ti da tranquillità, dalla finestra la vista di un albero frondoso che ti da la sensazione di essere immersi nella natura. Il B&B K34 è in una posizione ideale per raggiungere, con i mezzi pubblici, metro, autobus, treni ecc, qualunque luogo di Milano e dintorni. Che dire di Stefania, una persona dolcissima, squisita, disponibilissima, preparata e informata, per consigliarti su tutto ciò che può interessarti. We enjoy so much to relax at K34 Milano before or after Expo Milano 2015 or historic center visits. Rooms and sanitary are great as the breakfast. It is so easy to park cars for the whole journey and to step in underground which is very clean and secure. To conclude owner is fantastic with peoples and also with languages. We will book again.
