What guests say

Reviews emphasize the convenient location near Bergamo airport, with easy access on foot or by public transport. Guests consistently praise the cleanliness, modern design, and welcoming atmosphere. The host, Isabella, receives outstanding feedback for her friendliness and willingness to help, even during late arrivals. Breakfast is described as plentiful and varied by many, though a few guests experienced confusion about its availability and organization. The property offers good value for money, but some mention noise from planes and that certain services could benefit from clearer communication. Overall, it's a strong choice for travelers looking for comfort and proximity to the airport.

Comfortable room, comfortable bed. I don't think it was indicated that the bathroom was shared; perhaps it was my mistake. In any case, the host was kind; she even prepared breakfast for us because we left at 05:00.

Our flight was delayed and an extended delay at customs meant we didn't arrive until 1:30 in the morning. Our host was excellent at communicating and met us at the door when we finally arrived.

Good location if you are going to Bergamo's Orio al Serio airport. It is far for spending a few days in Bergamo.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the bathroom and the overall atmosphere of the neighborhood, which had a warm, homely feeling. That said, my experience was affected by some communication issues, possibly due to a busy or stressful day. The room I was assigned did not appear to be fully prepared upon arrival, as the bedsheets had not been changed from the previous occupant. While this may have been an exception, clean bedding is a basic expectation for any stay. There was also some confusion regarding breakfast. The listing mentioned that breakfast was included, but no details were provided about what it consists of or how it is arranged. In the morning, when there was no breakfast available, I was told that croissants could be brought if requested, but this was not communicated in advance. This created a sense of inconsistency in how the service was provided. The host was friendly and responsive, which I appreciated. However, clearer communication about what is included and ensuring consistent preparation across guests would make the experience more reliable and transparent.

Super friendly people; they even phoned me to explain the shortcut on foot to and from the airport (15-minute smooth walk). It's a basic but convenient B&B. Isabel and her enthusiastic mama do everything to make you feel comfortable. I will certainly go back when I need to fly to or from Bergamo airport.

We had a lovely stay here! Isabella was an amazing host, going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The house itself is very clean, and the location is perfect for being near the airport. We were able to walk there in just half an hour. The breakfast was also very nice; she had a lot of food to choose from and let us use the kitchen freely. She also made sure we knew exactly how to arrive and how to get back to the airport. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything, Isabella.

Very good stay, everything very clean, spacious and tidy, good decoration and good services, we stayed for one night, but if we had known, it would have been two. The manager Isabella helped us with everything in a very kind way, thank you very much for everything, hope to see you again!!
