I stayed for the Campo dei Fiori Trail race. Beautiful place, clean, well cared for in every detail and surrounded by nature. Five minutes from Gavirate. I thank Chiara again, who was very kind and very accommodating in meeting some of my requests given my stay for the race. I will return and I absolutely recommend it.

We stayed "In campagna" for two nights and we really had a great time. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed the cleanliness and the welcoming nature of the room, which had a very comfortable private bathroom. Breakfast was included and the lady prepared really delicious homemade pastries, a gesture we appreciated a lot. One detail that was fundamental for me was finding, in addition to the regular mirror, a magnifying mirror in the bathroom, very useful for someone like me who doesn't see very well anymore. The location is strategic for us and we will definitely return here.

More than a room, it is a mini apartment, equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, and fridge stocked with yogurt, milk, juices, still and sparkling water, and aperitifs. Packaged breakfast items and homemade pastries. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is large and bright, and it also has a small antechamber. Excellent hygiene products. It is located in a quiet area but close to restaurants, a very large and well-stocked shopping center, and very near the lake. Chiara is kind and helpful, polite and discreet. Excellent value for money. A truly pleasant stay.

A great, nice and well-kept accommodation. Friendly welcome with great help to visit the area. It is also great to have the possibility to prepare something for dinner in the room with the microwave. The only small flaw is the poor soundproofing with the adjacent room. Everything could be heard. I would return.

We were passing from Lake Maggiore to Lake Como, so we stayed only one night. We can say that the owner was really kind and gave us good advice on where to go for dinner! Just one night, but we had a really great time!

New property that I feel like recommending for cleanliness, tranquility, price. \nIn case of high temperatures, the lack of air conditioning could be felt. Since there is no TV, I recommend equipping yourself with a pc/tablet and using the free wifi connection.

Very pleasant stay, quiet, rest, waking up to the birdsong. Our hostess Chiara was present but very discreet. Room with nice decor, impeccable cleanliness. Perfect location to visit Lake Maggiore and the Borromean Islands, Como, Lake Como and Villa Carlotta, Bergamo.

Property in a residential area immersed in nature, quiet and peaceful. Excellent taste and refinement of the room, very clean and fragrant, as well as the private bathroom. It was pleasant to have breakfast quietly in the privacy of my room equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and everything needed for a delicious and complete breakfast. There was also a delightful homemade cake and pancakes prepared by the young owner who made me feel at home with her valuable advice. From my room, you could directly access the garden. Highly recommend it for a relaxing stay around the lakes.
