Everything was perfect. Beautiful bed and breakfast, very clean and with magnificent furnishings. Everything was cared for down to the smallest detail and with excellent taste. The hosts were very kind and attentive, very mindful of the guests' needs. The location is nice and the exterior is well maintained. The breakfast cakes were excellent. We really had a great time.

B&B Il Posto a Sole is a beautiful place, it has a breathtaking view and is well kept and clean. The owners, Silvano and Laura, are very kind. It is suitable for those who want to relax in peace and be in contact with nature. There is a swimming pool and a spa available (sauna and hydromassage only by reservation; the cost is extra). The breakfast is Italian and does not include savory items (I would have appreciated them; they could be requested separately; I do not know whether they were included in the price or charged extra). If I had to return to the area, I would come back.

La colazione dolce o salata è sempre compresa e non richiede costi supplementari.

The place is okay and the cleanliness is impeccable. A major strength is the breakfast, of high quality and with delicious fresh ingredients, as are the owners, who proved very kind and helpful. My rating is not very high, although sufficient, because I find the price of €170 per day disproportionate compared to the offering: dinner is not included, there is no air conditioning (essential during the hot days of my stay), and the location requires a rather long walk to reach Teglio town center on foot. Properties in the center offer more competitive rates with more services included. The pool and sauna available are very small and basic, while cleanliness and hospitality remain the real strong points. My criticism is intended as constructive and sincere feedback, not an attack on the owners, whose courtesy I sincerely appreciated.

Ci teniamo però a precisare alcuni aspetti, per correttezza nei confronti di chi leggerà la recensione. Il soggiorno è avvenuto nei giorni di Ferragosto e la cifra di €170 si riferiva alla nostra camera più bella, in un periodo di altissima stagione, con colazione inclusa. Le nostre tariffe e le caratteristiche delle camere sono sempre visibili al momento della prenotazione, così come la posizione della struttura. Per quanto riguarda quest'ultima, siamo consapevoli di non essere in centro paese: la nostra foresteria si trova in una posizione panoramica e tranquilla, proprio ciò che molti dei nostri ospiti apprezzano maggiormente. È una scelta precisa della nostra struttura e la posizione è chiaramente indicata online, quindi non abbiamo mai presentato la nostra struttura come situata nel centro di Teglio né come una sistemazione da raggiungere necessariamente a piedi. Anche l'assenza di aria condizionata è una scelta legata alla nostra posizione in montagna e al clima: le giornate in cui sarebbe realmente necessaria sono molto poche durante l'anno. Le camere possono essere arieggiate aprendo le finestre e, anche nelle giornate più calde, la sera la temperatura scende generalmente in modo naturale. Inoltre, proprio perché siamo in montagna, non abbiamo il problema delle zanzare che spesso rende poco piacevole tenere le finestre aperte. We had a truly pleasant stay at Il Posto al Sole. The owners were very friendly, accommodating and attentive to our every request. The property is well maintained and offers many comforts: a large lawn, a swimming pool, a Finnish sauna and several areas designed for relaxation. It's a peaceful place, immersed in greenery and with a beautiful view, ideal for getting away and enjoying Valtellina. Recommended!

Excellent B&B. Laura and Silvano make you feel at home and part of the family. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. There were also homemade cakes and cookies made by Laura. The room was welcoming, very clean and lacked nothing. We will return and recommend it.

Laura and Silvano are two wonderful people. I have nothing more to add. Unfortunately during our stay I suffered a serious trauma and they were extremely kind to us, helping us as much as possible. I felt completely at home. If you are looking for a place in the countryside to recharge your batteries, this is definitely paradise. Highly recommended also for dogs. Our dachshund had a great time.

Fantastic place to relax. The rooms are clean, quiet and functional. The hosts are kind and helpful at every turn. The property is located in a beautiful spot with a spectacular view. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Guests have at their disposal a heated pool, a sauna and a jacuzzi. The company of animals makes the stay more pleasant. I recommend it 100%. We will definitely return.

Absolutely beautiful property with a fantastic view. It is up a long winding road that is two way, but really only big enough for one. Once you get there, it's worth it. There are restaurants within a 5 minute drive that have local mouthwatering dishes. They have a sweet dog too.

We stayed for one night and had a wonderful time. The recently renovated property is very welcoming and has a splendid view. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well cared for in every detail. The breakfast is excellent with fresh, homemade products. The owners, Laura and Silvano, are kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

"Il Posto al Sole B&B" is located a couple of kilometers from the center of Teglio in a renovated building. Our room was spacious, tastefully furnished, equipped with a kettle, a small bag of exquisite tea biscuits, and every other necessity. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome from Mrs. Laura, who provided us with a lot of information. The breakfast room was also very welcoming.

We stayed for two nights to take the Bernina train and we had a great time. The structure is very beautiful, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The owners are very kind and helpful. If we return to the area, we will definitely consider staying at the same structure. A suggestion for breakfast: being someone who prefers savory food, I would suggest also having a savory part at breakfast, perhaps with a couple of cheeses that are fantastic in the area.

Excellent stay and location with panoramic views of the valley and Orobian mountains. Nice, trails along the vineyards to reach the centre of Teglio (a must see!) - not too hard to reach on foot. Interesting terrain. The B&B was really comfortable and we enjoyed the sauna and hot tub in the evening with a glass of wine. The hosts provide you with robes, extra towels and flip-flops, plus a nice glass of wine with a few snacks. Lots of nice places in the area to have dinner (book in advance!). Also a nice small fishing lake, which has a nice bar with some foods, open until October. Excellent for groups. This was a nice overnight escape for us and good to get to know the local area better.

Lovely place immersed in the countryside, quiet and with a great panoramic view. Very kind hosts who provided valuable suggestions for visiting the most beautiful places in the area. Thank you for everything.

We stayed at Il Posto al Sole B&B for its proximity to Tirano. We found a very well-kept place in a village suspended in time. Strong points are room cleanliness and breakfast!
